【摘要】 刑罚和行刑是刑法内容体系的重要组成部分。刑罚的发展趋势主要有：刑罚的轻缓、自由刑纯化、非监禁刑的兴起等。受刑罚发展趋势的支配，行刑呈现如下趋势：行刑社会化、行刑个别化、少年犯罪行刑的专门化、监狱私营化等。刑罚和行刑的发展趋势对我国刑法改革带来了重大影响。我国监狱工作必须适应刑罚和行刑发展趋势的要求，努力实现行刑一体化、监狱职能单一化、改造手段科学化，并建立与之相适应的现代化监狱组织保障体系。更多还原

【Abstract】 The penalty and the execution of the penalties are the important parts of criminal law system. The main tendencies of penalty are the delicacy of penalties, the purifier of the penalties of freedom, the flourishing of community-based corrections . Under the new development of penalty, the execution of penalties is revealing such tendencies: the transition to community-based corrections, the transition to particularity of punishment, the specialization of justice of juvenile delinquency, and the transition to prisons privately owned, etc.. The tendencies bring heavy influences on the reformation of Chinese criminal law, and we must take steps in accord with these tendencies, to realize the unification of the execution of penalties, the sole function of prisons and the scientific means of corrections, and according to them , build the security system of modern organization at the mean time.更多还原
