【摘要】 产学合作教育是高校与社会各部门紧密合作，以培养学生的全面素质、综合能力和就业竞争力为重点，利用学校和生产单位两种不同的教育环境和教育资源，采取课堂教学与学生参加实际工作有机结合，把学习与工作的结合贯穿于教学过程之中，培养适合不同用人单位需要的具有较高的创新和实践能力人才的教育方式。 在贯彻教育与生产劳动相结合的方针的过程中，我国高等教育领域对产学合作教育的形式、途径和体制进行了研究和探索，积累了丰富的经验，取得了一定的成效，但是，随着社会形势的不断变化，高等教育招生规模的扩大以及与国际高等教育的接轨，我国的产学合作教育也遇到了一些现实的矛盾和困难，亟待解决。虽然目前国内外对产学合作教育研究的文献比较多，但大多数文章局限于对现象的描述和经验的总结，缺乏对问题的深度透视，因而无论在理论分析还是对策研究方面均有较大局限性。本文采用文献资料法、访谈法和比较研究方法，通过对产学合作教育的涵义的探讨，对国内外产学合作教育发展历程的追溯，以及对目前我国高等院校产学合作教育所面临的问题进行了研究和分析，借鉴国外在产学合作教育方面取得的经验，就目前在我国如何进一步开展好产学合作教育，提出了一些建议性的意见，希望能使我国的产学合作教育运行机制更加逐步完善，高等教育更好地为我国经济建设服务，形成一个完善、稳定和有序发展的产学合作教育系统机制。更多还原

【Abstract】 Co-operation education, with its key point of students’ overall quality, comprehensive ability and competitivity, is a teaching method to cultivate talents with high innovation and practice competence. It makes full use of 2 kinds different teaching environment and resources, that is, school and working unit, so that students can get a good combination of study and work.During the process of implementing the principle of education and Labor, we did lots of research in forms, ways and systems in higher education field, thus we achieved rich experience. But with the changing society and large scale of enrollment, our co-operation education meets some difficulty. Although there are many articles on this respect, most of them have the limitation, lack of deep thought.Using research method of literature, interview and comparison, the article researches and analyses the problems in co-operation education and put forward some suggestions on how to better co-operation. The aim is to perfect the system of co-operation so that our higher education can serve the economic construction better.更多还原
