【摘要】 进行战略管理无疑是企业必须做好的重大课题，中国企业在这一领域面临更为迫切的要求。但当前理论界对企业战略思想的理论基础的探求并不理想，我认为弄清此问题的根基在于寻求企业战略思想的演进规律。对此，有几个方面值得注意：(1)、企业战略思想是企业管理思想的一个重要组成部分，它既是管理学创新的结果，又是它最为活跃的发展领域。这是理解企业战略思想演进的基石。(2)、企业战略思想的演进可从两条线索得到说明，第一、通过考察战略思想的历史进程，可见战略的环境决定性特征是它发展演进的重要显性线索：自50年代至今，企业面临的环境的转变是促进企业战略思想不断演进的动力。第二、从理论上看，更有意义的探索在于寻求各阶段企业战略思想在理论上的内在逻辑演进规律，如战略思想的理论视角从企业外部转到内部再到内外结合的转换、各战略观对企业竞争根基的不同理解等都是战略思想的理论发展必然。各阶段企业战略思想通过它们之间的批判与扬弃，构成了战略思想演进的根本理论线索。本文中，我试图通过对这两条线的探讨来认清它演进的规律。更多还原

【Abstract】 It is the thing important facing firms that Strategic Management and China’s firms press for it urgently. Nowadays the situation is unsatisfied that people explore into the field-the firm’s strategic idea. I believe that researching into the developing low of firm’s strategy is the base to deal with this problem. Therefore, there are some problems that we must concern about. (1). The firm’s strategic idea is one of the parts of the ideas of the firm’s managements. It is the effect of the management creation and the active developmental field. This is the base to understand the strategy idea. (2). There are two ways to explain the evolution of the strategic idea. First, that the environment decides strategy is its important way of its development: Form 1950s to now, the environmental chancing facing firms is the forces leading to the development of the strategic idea. Secondly, in theory, researching into the developmental low of the strategic idea is very meaningful. For instants, if the idea of the preceding stage stresses the external factors, the succeeding idea will stresses internal factors, and the ideas of the third stage may pay attention to both external and internal factors. It is the criticism and inheritance that constituting the theoretical clue of the strategic development.
