【摘要】 该学院要建立的是一个上接有关部门，下联各级网点的互联互通、信息共享的信息网络，整体结构是一个多级涉密网络，要求有完整的信息安全体系。本论文根据该校园网络建设的总统规划，对其安全体系进行了研究和设计。 本文详细分析了国际关系学院(杭州)校园网的现状、安全问题和原有网络安全措施的基础上，针对校园网在运行中所遇到的实际问题，在信息系统安全理论的指导下，通过系统安全风险分析和安全需求分析，设计了总体网络安全体系方案。在方案中，特别对电子邮件过滤检测，入侵检测，病毒检测，防火墙设置，应用VLAN技术和VPN设备解决敏感资源保护和通讯保密问题等多方面提出了具体的解决方案。同时根据学院的情况，对安全设备的选型和配置做了说明。在安全管理方面，依据ISO17799标准提出了对特殊校园网的管理意见，包括管理制度的建立和实施方案等。 根据论文形成的方案经国家安全部相关部门论证后，已开始分步骤实施。更多还原

【Abstract】 In this thesis, the author analyzes the security problem of Campus Network of The University of International Relations (HangZhou). Based on the analysis and using the guidance of safe theory of information system, the risks and safe demands of the information system are analyzed, an overall solution scheme is presented in this thesis. Especially, the necessary security assurance meseares are designed in detail, including e-mail check and filtering, virus detection and protection, firewall configuration, and etc. Meanwhile, suggestions for effective security management are put forward according to IS017799 Standards.更多还原
