2000t/d尿素装置熔融尿素泵的研制

【摘要】 本装置是泸天化集团股份有限公司从荷兰引进的日产1620吨尿素装置,其中的熔融尿素泵是用来将经二段蒸发器402-C浓缩后的99.7%的尿素溶液送入造粒塔的喷头601-1造粒,经冷却固化而得到尿素颗粒产品。由于装置扩能改造,将原日产1620吨尿素扩能至2000吨尿素,原熔融尿素泵流量56.25m~3/h扩能至72m~3/h。为此,公司要求重新研制一台泵,并解决原泵使用中存在的尿素液易泄漏和易结晶等问题。 本文是作者对熔融尿素泵扩能设计、研制全过程的总结。首先在调查研究、查阅相关资料、阅读有关专著的基础上,完成了泵的总体设计、水力设计、零件结构设计与计算,绘制了全部零件工作图和装配图,然后投入制造装配,进行性能测试,现场安装及运行,解决了原泵存在的问题。该泵运转可靠,成本低,经济性好。实践证明,通过对泵总体方案、水力模型和零件结构的优化设计,研制出了一台性能指标先进、结构合理、可靠性高的熔融尿素泵,最终获得了令人满意的结果。

【Abstract】 The 1620t/d urea equipment is introduced from Holland by Luzhou Natural Gas Chemical Industrial Group joint stock Co LTD. The melting urea pump in it is used for pumping 99.7 percent urea solution which is condensed in the second section evaporator 402-C into sprinkler head 601-1 of pellet producing tower. The urea pellet products are obtained by cooling and solidifying. Because of the equipment capacity-enlarging remodification, the original urea output 1620t/d must be increased to 2000t/d, the pump flow rate 56.25 m3/h must be raised to 72 m3/h.Therefore, the company requests redeveloping a pump and solving the leaking and crystallizing problem of the original pump.In this paper, the whole process of the melting urea pump capacity-enlarging design and manufacture is summarized. The total design and hydraulic design of the pump, component structure design and calculation of are involved in the paper. All component and assembled drawings are attached. The pump is manufactured and assembled successfully. After property test, the pump works well and solves the problems in the original pump. Through optimized design on the pump total scheme, hydraulic model and components structure, it is proved to be a urea pump with excellent property, reasonable structure and high reliability.
