【摘要】 信息化已经成为企业现代化管理的主要标志，也是企业继续生存的重要条件之一。信息化涉及企业运作模式和发展方向，因此本质上是一项管理创新，是推动企业管理上台阶的重要手段。 泸天化集团公司的信息化建设已经走过了启蒙和入门的阶段，但是随着企业经营范围、经营方式的不断发展变化，原有的信息管理系统已经不能胜任当前生产经营和管理的需要。为了应对全球化的市场竞争，适应企业现代制度改革和企业产权的重组，泸天化集团公司有必要再次进行信息化建设。 本论文在对企业信息化管理思想和技术的发展进行评估后，并对泸天化集团公司的信息化建设的现状、发展战略、组织机构、管理体制等方面进行了诊断分析，认为泸天化集团公司信息化建设的主要目标是提高企业的市场应变能力和竞争能力，构建以ERP系统为核心的统一的数字化信息资源管理平台，并提出了泸天化集团公司信息化建设的指导思想、建设原则、系统功能、预期效果。首要目标是构建企业集团财务管理系统、办公自动化系统，初步实现决策支持，以此为切入点，逐步引入其他管理子系统，最后同长期合作伙伴之间建立企业外联网(Extranet)或电子数据交换系统(EDI)。更多还原

【Abstract】 Information is the main signs of the enterprise management modernization today. It involves the enterprise management mode and the direction of the development. So it is an innovation for the enterprise management at heart, and it is an important method to improve the enterprise management.Although a management information system had been built for Lutianhua Group, it can not to deal with the requirement for the new businesses, sharing of information, globalization of markets.A range of influences as global competitive pressures, promotion of business process re-engineering and right sizing, as well as the perceived need to integrate business functions, have lead Lutianhua Group to adopt ERP .This paper describes an approach to design the structure for the management information system based on ERP system. Reinforcing the importance of research and its integration into the management, it identifies the gaps in enterprise management and offers some options, such as the idea of direction, the golden rule,the function for the system and the time line to put in practice, etc.At first, enterprise management finance system and OA system should be built under the structure of main system, and then other subsystem should be built in. Finally, Extranet or EDI will be built to carry out SCM and/or CRM.更多还原
