【摘要】 目前，一个新的计算机普及高潮正在我国蓬勃兴起。信息是无形财富，信息财富是由人创造的。21世纪衡量人才的标准将转变为其知识的检索和创造能力。“民族的振兴在教育，教育的振兴在教师。”作为从事教育教学工作的教师如何应对信息技术的挑战，已成为当前教师教育工作中必须高度关注的一项课题。 在这样的大环境背景之下，引发了笔者思考如何在信息技术环境下设计更好更便捷的课件以更好地从事教育教学工作。由于本人长期从事数学与计算机教育工作，有机会学习和了解课件制作的一些原理，因此，根据工作性质与特点，先就课件制作的有关问题进行了探讨，然后，就义务阶段数学中最重要的一元二次函数的课件进行了设计，并对与课件制作有关的若干问题进行了思考，最后，提出了一些想法和问题与同行一起探讨。 本文主要内容分布如下： 一、问题的提出 二、课件制作的过程和方法 三、一元二次函数课件的制作 四、对计算机辅助教学的几点思考 五、一些想法更多还原

【Abstract】 From request of professional education work and using computer, I have made a electronic-course of quadratic function and thinking and discussed the computer position and property in education, and teachers should hold the computer skills and information accomplishment. I have designed: (1) Particular form of computer skills for teachers; (2) The sort and measurement of computer skills. I have made a electronic-course of quadratic function from editing teaching plan with computer, and given a method of making electronic-course, and I have discussed some topics about making electronic-course.
