基于属性测度的综合评价系统及其在医学中的应用

【摘要】 综合评价是对一个复杂系统的多个指标进行总评价的科学方法。现有的综合评价方法多种多样,但不同程度地存在应用上的局限性或理论上的不足。模糊综合评价就是目前应用较广的一种综合评价方法,然而在实际应用中,经常会出现“分类不清,分类结果不合理”的现象。 本文从理论和应用的角度阐述了属性综合评价系统的基本原理与使用方法。论述了属性综合评价与模糊综合评价在理论上的根本区别,指出了模糊综合评价在实用中产生问题的理论根源。 属性综合评价系统以属性集和属性测度为理论基础,由三个子系统组成:单指标属性测度分析子系统,多指标属性测度分析子系统,识别子系统。在综合评价实际应用中,合理地确定指标权重也是一个关键所在。目前确定指标权重的方法可分为主观赋权法和客观赋权法两大范畴。属性综合评价系统按照问题实际背景的不同,提出了两种确定指标权重的方法:相似权法和属性判断矩阵赋权法。属性AHM模型,既是一个实用的确定指标权重的方法,又可用于具有递阶层次结构相对复杂大系统的聚类和排序。 本论文将属性综合评价系统应用于大气质量的综合评价、公共场所卫生评价、医院综合质量的评价三个方面。用SAS语言编程上机运行,效果很好。显示该方法具有理论上的科学性,实际中的适用性,计算机程序化的易于实现,有较好的应用前景。

【Abstract】 Comprehensive evaluation is a scientific means to assess a complex system with multi-index. There are lots of synthetic assessment systems so far. Nevertheless, some of those are not convenient for being strait to special problems, or being flawed in theory. Fuzzy comprehensive evaluation is popular now, but in practice it sometimes resulted a problem: the classification is not distinct and the result is not rational. The article centered on the combination of attribute synthetic assessment system theory and its practical utilization, explicated the difference between attribute synthetic assessment system and Fuzzy comprehensive evaluation in theory, pointed out the defect of Fuzzy comprehensive evaluation and its reason.Attribute synthetic assessment system based on the concepts of attribute sets and attribute measure. The system consists of three subsystems: Sing index attribute measure analysis system, multiple index synthetic attribute measure analysis subsystem, recognition subsystem. It is an important procedure to decide the weight-value of index in practice. The means can be divided into two races. One is to value the weight of index objectively according to the data sets; the other may be subjectively based on special knowledge. The Attribute synthetic assessment system presented two models to state the weight of index .It defines the similar weight by similar figures, and gives a method of determining index weight according to an objective standard. Simultaneously it suggested the AHM to determine index weight subjectively based on special knowledge. The system presented an attribute hierarchy Model (AHM). AHM can’t only be applied to decide the weight-value of index, but also can be used in classification and ranking according to a complex system with a hierarchic structure in practice.This paper utilized the attribute synthetic assessment system for atmospheric quality assessment, public place quality evaluation and hospital comprehensive quality assessment. (In example l,the thesis used similar weight, and in example 2 to 3, it exploited the AHM model.) By using computer, the algorithm of attribute synthetic assessment system is simple and easy to accomplish. The result is perfect. It revealed the system is scientific and effective.
