【摘要】 物流配送中心主要由商品到货、保管、配货、出库、打包及配送等作业组成。配送中心通过先进的管理技术和现代化的信息交换网络，有效联结了生产和消费，使整个商品运作过程高效、协调、有序，从而实现了最佳的经济效益和社会效益。目前物流管理软件在很大程度上不能满足客户要求，只是停留在进销存管理的程度；国外先进的物流信息管理软件由于不适应中国的国情，在国内应用陷入困境。因此，开发完善的、适合中国物流业的管理软件是当务之急。 本课题就是针对我国物流行业信息化现状提出的，主要目的是提高物流行业的现代化管理水平。根据国内物流企业的需求，本系统具有采购管理、销售管理、库存管理、客户管理、查询管理、统计报表、辅助决策等功能。系统使用Visual Basic 6.0进行主程序和屏幕界面设计，Microsoft SQL Server 2000作为外部数据库。系统设计过程中创建数据仓库，运用SQL Server 2000提供的数据仓库功能，生成事实表，并根据事实表创建多维数据集，为数据挖掘打下基础。使用OLAP进行联机分析处理，使用数据挖掘技术进行决策分析。使用Excel 2000数据透视表动态浏览多维数据集，同时生成立体图表，使显示效果更好。本课题解决了传统管理软件只有进销存管理，没有决策支持的缺欠，实现了计算机辅助决策功能。 通过本课题的研究，实现了物流配送中心信息化管理。不仅实现了基本的进销存管理，还在此基础上创建了数据仓库，进行联机分析处理和数据挖掘，达到了辅助决策的目的，计算机辅助决策是未来管理软件的发展方向。由于物流配送在国内才进入发展阶段，因此国内物流配送信息化还有很大的发展空间。随着本系统不断完善，一定会在未来几年得到广泛的应用。更多还原

【Abstract】 The logistics distribution center involves some services, including stocking of goods, storage, dispatching, package and distribution, which effectively combines production with consumption by advanced technology of management and internet to make the above operations effective, smooth and orderly, so it makes the best benefit economically and socially come true. At present, the software for logistics management still hasn’t met clients’ needs yet, which only realizes goods stocking, selling and storage. Also, unfortunately, imported corresponding software doesn’t adjust to the national conditions in china. Therefore, it is urgent to develop the software for logistics management.The subject is put forward, based on the present condition of the information system of logistics business, whose purpose is mainly to improve modernized level of logistics business management. In order to meet the domestic needs, the brand-new system involves purchase management, sales management, inventory management, client information management, searching management, forms statistics for reporting and decision aids, which applies VB 6.0 for main program and desktop design and uses Microsoft SQL Server 2000 as the external database. During the system designing, the data warehouses will be created and make fact-forms come into being. And the fact-forms will create multi-dimensions to lay the foundation for the data mining. It will use OLAP to analyze and process by computers’ combination, data mining to analyze decisions and Microsoft Excel 2000 to browse multi-dimensions to make display effects better. The subject solves the problem of no decision supports.By the study on the subject, we realize the data management of the logistics distribution center. It realizes not only the stocking, sales and storage management but also decision aids. The system of decision aids is the ideal one for the software development for management. Since the logistics distribution is still developed imperfectly, data management of the logistics distribution center has a long way to go.
