异形螺杆加工过程三维动态仿真系统研究与实现

【摘要】 在石油、化工等行业中,广泛使用各种螺旋杆机械,其中的螺旋转子制造技术则是多年来一直困扰其发展的关键难题。从1994年起,沈阳工业大学数控研究中心即对复杂异形螺旋面加工进行攻关研究,在国内首先提出了无瞬心包络加工方法,并对其包络加工原理、数控编程方法等多方面进行了系统的研究并取得了一定成果,本文的主要工作即是以无瞬心包络法加工过程为基础建立的仿真加工模型和三维图形动态仿真系统。 本文以面向对象分析和设计为基础,对计算机图形学基本理论、可视化仿真方法、数控机床无瞬心包络加工方法和三维图形造型方法进行研究,利用三角形图元作为基本的造型工具,建立了数控机床加工异形螺旋杆的仿真系统。文中对做变角速度运动的工件和运动轨迹复杂的高速自转中的铣刀求交问题进行了重点研究,采用将铣刀上的每个刀尖划出的曲面离散化的方法,以图像显示的帧数作为求交计算过程的铣刀位置的控制参量,得出了铣刀与工件的求交算法。本文对加工过程中三维图形动画显示问题进行了深入的探讨,给出了一套工件上点的存储规则、工件上三角形的组织规则和在加工过程中向工件中动态插入点和删除点的规则定义。在综合上述算法的基础上建立了一套加工仿真模型。最后利用C++和OpenGL设计并实现了较实用的软件仿真系统,使整个复杂螺旋杆的加工过程从参数输入、刀具设计选择、干涉判定、差补计算、三维仿真到数控程序生成和控制加工有机地结合起来,以期对理论研究和加工实践起到指导作用。

【Abstract】 All kinds of helical poles are extensively used in the fields of petroleum, chemical engineering and so on. However, the technology of manufacture about helical rotor is always the key problem, which blocks its development off Since 1994, the CNC Research Center in Shenyang University of Technology has pursued research on complex special helical pole. It firstly put forward the non-instantaneous pole envelope method in China, and pursued systemic research on the theory of envelope method and NC programming method, then acquired a lot of achievements. Therefore in this thesis the main job is the simulation model built on basis of non-instantaneous pole envelope method and the Three-Dimension graphic dynamic simulation system.Based on Object-Oriented analysis and design, this paper discussed the basic theory of computer graphics, visual simulation method, non-instantaneous pole envelope method about CNC machine and the Three-Dimension graphics modeling method. With triangle graphic element as the basic modeling tool we developed simulation system that CNC machine manufactured special shape screw pole. This paper emphatically researched the problem how to calculate the intersection point between workpiece that rotated with variational angle velocity and milling cutter that moved with complicated track and rotated with high speed. Furthermore it adopted the discrete curve surface method for every milling cutter, and treated image frame as the control parameter of position of milling cutter during the intersection calculation process, so the algorithm of intersection between workpiece and milling cutter was obtained.The paper also discussed further Three-Dimension graphic problem of manufacture process. It described the store rules of workpieces point, the organization rules of workpiece triangle and the rule definition of dynamically inserting points and deleting points in the process. Base on upwards algorithm,one suit of manufacture simulation models was built. Finally by use of C++ and OpenGL , the practical simulation system software has been developed , which makes control manufacture combined with the whole complex screw pole manufacture process such asparameter input, design and selection of milling cutter, interference judgement, interpolation computing, three-Dimension simulation and numeral code, in order for the guide of theory research and manufactural practice.
