基础教育学科课程转型的困境及对策研究

【摘要】 本文从学校课程发展的层面出发,探讨了基础教育学科课程转型的问题与对策。在反思传统学科课程和分析基础教育课程改革的国际趋势和行动的基础上,提出了学科课程的转型是当前基础教育课程改革实践的主要矛盾的认识与判断。分析了基础教育学科课程转型的内涵、涉及面及其在新课改中的地位,并阐述了“国际视野”和“国情本位”相结合的渐次实施的转型原则,进一步分析和论证了学科课程转型的相关因子和现状归因。据此,详细设计了学科课程转型的核心发展策略和基本保障策略。核心发展策略,是在新型教学规范的指导下以学习方式和教学方法的互动发展促进学科课程的功能转型,并以学习方式的深层次发展为线索,逐步推动学科课程的内涵式和综合化发展,最终实现均衡性、综合性和选择性的学校课程结构。基本保障策略,是适应课程重心下移和课程功能发展的趋势,构建学习型的校本培训模式以保障教师专业化成长,构建发展性的教育评价体系以保障课程转型的质量监控。最后强调了学科课程转型实践中应注意的若干问题,以期为新一轮基础教育课程改革的顺利实施理清思路。

【Abstract】 This paper studies the difficulties and strategies in the curricula transformation in basic education from the level of curricula development in school. On the basis of reflecting the traditional curricula and analyzing the international trend and action of curricula reform in basic education, the paper puts forward a view that the curricula transformation is the basic contradiction of the current curricula reform practice. The paper analyses the connotation-involved aspects of the curricula transformation in basic education and the role of curricula transformation in the new curricula reform. The paper also expounds the transformation principle that the combination of international perspective and domestic situation. The paper analyses and explains the causes of the curricula transformation. On these bases, the paper designs the core development strategies and basic guarantee strategies of the curricula transformation. The core development strategy is the functional transformation, which is the result of combination and interaction between studying models and teaching methods. The functional transformation gradually promotes the implicit and comprehensive curricula development, and it finally realizes the balanced, selective and comprehensive curricula structure. The basic guarantee strategies offered in this paper are employed to meet the requirement of the trends of multi-functional development and of the distribution of curricula management. It is helpful to establish the studying-orient training model so as to ensure the teacher’s professional improvement. It’s also beneficial to set up an appraisal system for development-orient education aiming at ensuring the supervision for the quality of curricula transformation. At last, several questions concerning the subject curricula have’been paid attention. The aim is to comb the thought for the implementation of the new-curricula in basic education.
