中小学德育系统性研究

【摘要】 当前,我国正处在社会转型时期,中小学德育同样面临着转型社会所带来的新机遇和挑战,如何正确认识当前中小学德育的现状,剖析存在的问题,推动中小学德育开创新的局面是教育界的一大问题。 作者总结了几年来的教学经验,以所在市几所学校作为调查研究的范本,认为,家庭、学校、社会德育都是极其重要,它们都用自己独特的运行方式影响人们道德品质的形成发展。由于我们认识上的偏颇,家庭、学校、社会德育缺乏粘合的机制而没有形成互动的格局,这种割裂是造成当前德育实效性低的重要原因。因此,我们应当成立一个有家长代表、学校、社区组织参加的德育指导委员会,在它的指导和协调下,建立一个以学校为中心的,家庭、学校、社会良性互动的德育系统,更好地培养学生的道德品质,同时促进公民道德建设,提高公民的道德素养,为社会培养优秀的建设者。

【Abstract】 The present, our country is on the time of society transformation. It gives chance and challenge to moral education in elementary and middle school at the same time. How to view the resent conditions of moral education and analyse what the problem is. Then founding the new situation of moral education In elementary and middle school, that is the big problem for educational circles.The author summarize his several years of teaching experience, use other districts’ methods for referance, with his investigation and exploration in his city, then thinks, the family, school and social moral education is very important, they use their special operations to influence what peoples’ moral character develops. Because of the shortcoming of peoples’ understanding. Family, school and social moral education is without the operation of integration, they can not be a system and influence each other well. The seperation of them is one major reason which makes moral education ineffective, we should set up a moral education committee, of which is made deputy of head of family, school and community organization. With its guide and harmonization, setting up a moral education system. In it, school is the center, but the family, school and community will influence each other well. So we can cultivate students’ moral character better. At the same time, we can promote citizens’ moral construction, stimulate their moral training, cultivate excellent constructor for our -society,.
