【摘要】 本文运用比较教育学的国别专项研究框架、教育社会学的结构分析方法，对美国教育权利社会保障问题进行了初步探析，并立足我国国情，针对我国教育权利社会保障现状得出若干启示借鉴。论文首先明确界定了教育权利社会保障的一般概念，肯定了教育权利的人权价值，阐明了教育权利社会保障的客观必然性与实践操作机制。进而论文以美国为对象国家，专门探讨了美国教育权利社会保障的历史与现状。首先，追溯了美国教育权利社会保障的历史发展进程，探求今日美国教育权利社会保障的历史渊源。其次，从目标、条件、主体、内容、方式方法等方面剖析了美国教育权利社会保障现状，清晰的勾勒了美国教育权利社会保障的大体框架。在对美国教育权利社会保障有了总体的把握和了解后，论文进一步从成就经验、问题教训两方面对美国教育权利社会保障进行深入的总结评析，并反观我国教育权利社会保障现状，有针对性地对今后我国教育权利社会保障工作的开展提出了几点建议，以期更好地推动我国教育权利社会保障工作的开展和进步。更多还原

【Abstract】 The dissertation investigates preliminarily in American social security of right to education and gets some enlightenment for our country. The frame between nations of comparative education and the method of structure analysis in sociology of education were used. The right to education is one of the most important human rights. The dissertiation defines right to education and expatiates on necessity and practice mechanism of social security of right to education in the first section. And then, it focus on social security of right to education in America. Firstly, it looks backwards the history of American social security of right to education for finding its evolution. Secondly , it mostly anatomizes the status quo of American social security of right to education from the aspects of object, main body, condition, content, methods and so on. After we have a basal understanding about social security of right to education in America, the dissertation summarizes the achievements and defects of it and gives some advice to our country.更多还原
