导数—原子捕集—火焰原子吸收光谱法在中草药微量元素分析中的应用研究

【摘要】 中草药中的微量元素与中草药药理药效等有密切的关系,但是其含量较低,一般分析方法难以精确测定。导数-原子捕集-火焰原子吸收光谱法避免了常规火焰原子吸收法测定微量元素时繁杂的预浓缩过程,具有简便快捷,灵敏度高,精密度好等优点。本文拓宽了原子捕集-火焰原子吸收技术的应用范围,主要研究了导数-原子捕集-火焰原子吸收光谱法在测定多种中草药中的微量、痕量元素中的应用。全文分如下部分: 第1章:对近二十年来中草药中微量元素分析领域的研究状况与进展进行了综合评述,着重介绍了各种分析方法在中草药含量测定中的应用,并对其发展前景加以展望,引用文献94篇。 第2章:建立了导数-原子捕集-火焰原子吸收光谱法测定铜的新方法。对原有的捕集装置进行了改进,优选了最佳实验条件(捕集管位置、火焰条件、捕集时间等),并做了干扰实验,完成甘草等十味中草药中微量铜的测定。 第3章:应用导数-原子捕集-火焰原子吸收光谱法对麻黄、升麻等中草药中微量银含量进行了测定,结果令人满意。 第4章:研究了测定锰的最佳实验条件,对不同管径、不同管壁厚度的石英管的捕集效率进行考察,将导数-原子捕集-火焰原子吸收光谱法成功的用于中草药中锰的测定。 第5章:研究了测定镍元素的最佳实验条件,讨论了使用不同灵敏度档对测定灵敏度的影响,首次应用导数-原子捕集-火焰原子吸收光谱法成功测定了中草药中镍的含量,回收率在90.7--105.2%之间。

【Abstract】 The trace metal elements in Chinese herbs have close correlation with the property of Chinese herbs. But the general analytical method can’t meet the need for their low content. The atom trapping technique combined with the derivative flame atomic absorption spectrometry (D-FAAS) is a simple, precise, rapid and inexpensive method without complex pre-concentration. The application of derivative flame atomic absorption spectrometry (D-FAAS) using atom trapping technique for the determination of trace or ultra-trace elements in several kinds of Chinese herbs has been studied in this paper.This paper consists of five chapters. In chapter 1, the progress of the analysis of the trace elements in Chinese herbs is reviewed and the application of all kinds of analytical methods is introduced. The development of the application is prospected. Ninety-four references are cited.In chapter 2, D-AT-FAAS is described for the determination of trace copper. The conditions that affected on the absorbance, such as the trap position, the flame conditions, etc. are studied and the interruption test is discussed. The contents of Cu in Chinese herbs are determined using this method.In chapter 3, trace silver in several Chinese herbs (Radix Bupleuri, Rhizorna Cimicifugae etc.) is determined with D-AT-FAAS, and satisfactory results are obtained.In chapter 4, the optimized conditions are selected, and the trapping efficiency of quartz tubes of different i.d. is studied. Manganese in Some kinds of several Chinese herbs are successfully determined with the proposed method.In chapter 5, the operating conditions which influences the sensitivity anddetection limit are investigated and optimized. Nickel in several Chinese herbs is successfully analyzed using the proposed method with a recovery range of 90.7--105.2%.
