计算机辅助工时定额测算系统开发与研究

【摘要】 工时定额是企业管理的一项基础工作，是企业进行科学化、标准化管理的必要手段，是现代企业管理的重要组成部分。 本文分析了企业现行工时定额和工时消耗分类方法中存在的问题，研究工时定额的计算特点，借鉴国外的科学管理经验，提出了新的工时消耗分类办法，建立相应的工时计算公式，并应用于企业标准资料管理和测算模型建模工作中。 在详细分析工时定额标准资料的数据特点的基础上，建立统一的标准资料信息模型，利用动态数据库技术，实现企业标准资料库的动态构建工具的研究与开发，从根本上改变现有工时定额软件系统中缺少定额标准管理工具的现状，为直接引用标准资料进行工时定额测算打下基础。 将基元化理论引入到工时定额测算工作中，并依据“工时定额研究要分为作业内容合理性分析和作业工时消耗规律研究两项工作”的工作原理，建立“作业元”和“工艺基元”两层结构的定额测算模型。 论文重点研究了如何利用计算机辅助技术改进工时定额的计算工作，为定额人员提供定额标准管理辅助工具，利用系统建模工具建立工时定额测算模型，减少定额员的繁琐、沉重的手工计算工作，提高定额制定的效率和准确性。 论文完成了“计算机辅助工时定额测算系统(Computer Aided Time Quota Predetermining System，CATQPS)”的软件总体框架设计以及标准资料管理和定额测算模型管理等两个核心功能模块的系统实现。实际应用证明，CATQPS系统为制造企业工时定额的制定提供了一个比较理想的工具平台，为企业成本管理提出了一种新的解决方案，同时也为企业的面向成本设计(DFC)、商务报价、战略决策等提供了基础数据。更多还原

【Abstract】 Time quota is an item of elementary tasks in course of enterprise management, and it is an essential way in which to bring the scientific and standardized management into effect, so it is an important part of modem enterprise management.In this paper, the defects existing in current time quota and means of classifying the time consumption in the common enterprise were analyzed and the calculation characteristics of the time quota were studied. Referring to the foreign advanced scientific management experiences, a new way to classify the time consumption was brought forward and a corresponding calculational expressions of the time was set up, and the corresponding calculational expressions was applied in modeling and the management of the standard datum of the enterprise.In the paper, a uniform information-model of standard datum was established, based on detailed analyzing the characteristic of the standard datum of the time quota. A tool to construct the enterprises’ standard datum was developed based on dynamic database technology and the situation of lacking in the time quota management tool in current software system was changed fundamentally, and which can be used to directly predetermine the time quota on the basis of the standard datum.The theory of work element was introduced into the course of predetermining the time quota and the quota time-predetermining model with the two layers of structure were set up -one is based on the process unit and the other is based on work element according to the principle of the time quota which was divided in two items-one is to analyze the rationality of the work content and the other is to study the law of the time consumption.The thesis emphasizes on how to use the computer assistant technology to ameliorate the calculation of time quota and to supply a managing assistant tool of the quota criteria for the time quota-predetermining workers. The time quota-predetermining .model is set up by using the systematically modeling tool in order to reduce the heavy hand-calculated tasks and enhance the efficiency and accuracy of the time quota.The overall frame of the Computer-Aided Time Quota Predetermining system software (CATQPS) was designed and two core function modules, namely the standard datum management module and the time quota predetermining model module were put into reality. It proves in practice that the CATQPS system offers a relatively ideal tool platform for the manufacturing enterprise to draw the time quota. CATQPS provides a solution of cost management of the enterprise, at the same time, it supplies some resource data to support design for cost (DFC), the business pricing and the strategic decision.更多还原
