黄河QD352型载货汽车大修可靠性研究

【摘要】 汽车使用可靠性是汽车大修质量评定的重要依据之一。科学地分析、评价大修汽车的可靠性可以掌握汽车故障分布规律,提出提高大修汽车可靠性的措施,充分利用和改进汽车的固有可靠性。本文在大量数据和资料的基础上,把回归分析技术理论和优化技术有机地结合起来,实现汽车故障分布规律优化的分析过程,充分考虑影响汽车可靠性的各方面因素,确定并分析了能全面反映汽车可靠性状况的可靠性单项指标。首次把综合评价方法和模糊评判用于汽车可靠性评定,建立了大修汽车可靠性的加权综合评价和模糊综合评价的数学模型,使大修汽车可靠性评价由单项指标提高为综合指标,为比较不同型号汽车的可靠性水平提出理论依据,也为汽车维修领域提供了一套实用的可靠性评价方法。

【Abstract】 The use reliability of automobile is one of the most important bases for evaluating the quality of automobile overhaul. It’s possible to master the law of distribution of automobile’s failure, to propose the measures of improving the reliability of overhauled vehicles and to fully utilize and improve the inherent reliability by analyzing and evaluating the reliability of overhauled vehicles. On the basis of a vast amount of data and materials, in this article, the regression analysis and the optimization technique are well combined to finish the analysis process of optimization of the law of distribution of automobile’s failure. Considering every aspect that can influence the automobile reliability, this paper determines and analyses the individual reliability indexes that can reflect the reliability situation. By first applying the comprehensive evaluation and fuzzy methods to evaluate the automobile reliability, the paper establishes mathematic models of weighed and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation of reliability of overhauled motor vehicles, the reliability evaluation of overhauled vehicles is improved from individual indexes to comprehensive indexes. The article puts forwards the theory foundation for comparison of reliability level of different type of automobile and provides a set of reliability evaluation method for the automobile maintenance field.
