超声波检测结构水泥混凝土强度的研究

【摘要】 混凝土是当今最重要的土木工程材料之一,其质量的好坏直接关系到结构物的安全。检验结构混凝土质量的传统检验方法,大多以按规定取样制作的立方体试件为基础。但由于试件的制作条件、养护环境、受力状态等都与结构混凝土不同,通过试件的试验所测得的混凝土性能指标,往往与结构物中实际混凝土的性能有一定差别。而其它如钻芯取样等检测方法只能取结构物的极少部分,缺乏代表性。因此,直接在结构物中检测混凝土质量的现场检测技术,已成为混凝土工程质量管理的重要手段,越来越受到世界各国的普遍重视。 本文通过在沈阳至山海关、沈阳至四平、丹东至本溪、锦州至朝阳以及沈阳至大连改扩建等五条高速公路工程项目上获得的试验数据,比较了各种因素的影响效果,并进行相关影响因素的显著性分析。同时,通过正交设计,确定显著影响因素和各相关系数,并用回归分析方法建立了地区专业测强曲线。在此基础上,应用测强曲线对结构水泥混凝土的强度进行质量评价,能够比较真实地反映了结构混凝土的实际强度,对已建混凝土结构物的质量评价提供了依据。 笔者深信,经过不同地区试验数据的积累,可以不断完善各级测强曲线,提高测试结果的准确度,使得混凝土无损检测技术将在有效提高工程质量上得到更大规模应用。

【Abstract】 Concrete is one of the most important material of civil engineering. Quality of the structure concrete will affect the safety of structure directly. Traditional method of the structure concrete quality test base on the cube sample selected according to regulation. But for the production condition , maintain environment ,force bearing status etc of the sample are different with that of the structure concrete, Performance index of the test concrete sample is different with that of the actual structure concrete sometimes. But other test method such as use core sample by drilling can not represent all structure for just choose very little parts of it. So, locale test technology that test concrete quality in the structure directly has became an important method of concrete engineering quality management and is getting more and more recognition of every country in the world.This article adopt the test data in five expressway projects which are Shenyang to Shanhaiguan expressway,Shenyang to Siping expressway, Shenyang to Siping expressway,Dandong to Benxi expressway, Jinzhou to Chaoyang expressway and Shenyang to Dalian expressway expand project. By comparing the influence of all kinds of factors and analyzing prominent influence factors, We confirmed prominent influence factors and correlative coefficients through obverse crossing design. After that, we built region speciality intension test curve by regress analysis method. Quality valuation of the structure concrete intension by intension test curvecan truly reflect the actual intension of the structure concrete comparatively and can provide road-test data for the concrete structure completed.Believe in that this kind of no damage concrete test technology will be adopted cosmically to improving engineering quality effectively by sustaining test data accumulate of various region, perfecting various grade intension test curve and improving nicety of test result.
