Ni-P基化学镀在防腐蚀方面的研究

【摘要】 石化企业中设备腐蚀问题不仅造成设备更新维护费用的增加,同时严重威胁着装置的安全运行。近年来,随着辽河原油的日益变重,对设备的腐蚀越来越严重,因此加强对设备腐蚀机理及防护措施的研究,具有十分重要的现实意义。 化学沉积技术是二十世纪六、七十年代发展起来的一项新兴技术,随着科技的发展,这门技术也日益成熟,在石化企业中的应用也越来越广泛,对于延长设备安全运行周期、加强产品质量和降低维护费用有很大的益处。 本课题基于石化企业的实际情况,进行了以下几个方面的研究。 (1)对于化学沉积、化学复合沉积的反应机理及沉积层晶化转变机理进行了系统的研究。 (2)确定了化学沉积的工艺设计优化方法、沉积层热处理及显微硬度测试方法和沉积层腐蚀实验方法等实验手段。 (3)通过对多元化学沉积及复合沉积的工艺研究,得出了金属离子比、沉积液温度和沉积液PH值等因素对沉积速度的影响,热处理工艺对沉积层晶化转变和显微硬度的影响及沉积层耐各种腐蚀的测试结果。 本论文在上述几方面取得了较好的结论,在实际应用中取得了一定的效果,对石化企业在耐高温腐蚀方面具有一定的借鉴意义。然而随着科技和企业的不断发展,对设备的防腐要求也日益提高,还需要进行更进一步的研究。

【Abstract】 The facilities corrosion problems in the petrochemical enterprises not only make the cost of replacing and maintaining facilities increased, but also threaten safe operation of thingamy severely.In the recent years, with more and more heavy crude oil from Liaohe, the facilities corrosion has become more and more severely, therefore it is very important realistic significance to strengthen and research the facilities corrosive mechanism and protective measures.A kind of newly technique called the chemical sediment was developed in the 1960s and 1970s, and with the development of the science and techniques, the technique is becoming more and more mature, applied widely in the petrochemical enterprises increasingly, which has great benefits for prolonging the safe operation cycles of facilities and strengthening the output quality and decreasing maintenance cost.The thesis is researched as follows based on the practical situations of the petrochemical enterprises:(l)The systemic research is based on the reactive mechanism of the chemical sediment and the chemical multiple sediment and the changing mechanism of the crystal sediment layers.(2)Some experimental measures are convinced, including optimizing ways of techniques design of chemical sediments, the ways of heat treatment of sediment layers and measurement of micro hardness, and the experimental ways of the sediment layers corrosion. (3)Some outcomes and effects are acquired by the techniques research of multiple chemical sediment and multiple sediment, including the effects of metal ion ratio, sediment liquid temperature and sediment liquid PH and so on for sediment velocity, the effect of heat treatment techniques for changing crystal sediment layers and micro hardness, and the experimental outcome of sediment layers resisting all kinds of corrosion.The better conclusions are acquired in the above-mentioned aspects, and good effects are acquired in the practical application, which have the meaning of use for reference in the aspects of resisting high temperature corrosion for the petrochemical enterprises. However, with the perpetual development of scientific technology and enterprises, the demand for resisting facilities corrosion is improved day by day, and deeper research is still needed.
