大跨度连续曲线箱梁桥施工阶段受力特性分析

【摘要】 随着交通运输事业的蓬勃发展,由于高速公路、城市立交桥和高架桥的日益增多,大跨度曲线箱梁桥的应用需求越来越大,而现有的简化计算方法对于大跨度曲线箱梁桥的计算分析尚存在一定的困难。 本人从事桥梁施工工作多年,在实际工作中逐渐摸索,对大跨度曲线箱梁桥施工阶段的力学特征进行了一些尝试性的研究并得出了一些用以指导工程实践的结论。本文针对汕头市西港高架桥工程中的一段曲线箱梁桥,利用大型空间有限元程序ASBEST’98,对目前尚未有充分认识的大跨度曲线箱梁桥施工阶段的应力及变形进行了实体分析。通过曲线箱梁桥与直线箱梁桥的对比,模拟计算并着重分析了施工阶段自重、预应力等因素对曲线箱梁桥悬浇时应力的影响。 本文对大跨度曲线箱梁桥的施工控制问题进行了专项分析,给出了曲线箱梁桥施工过程中由自重、施工预应力等因素所引起的位移、扭转角等效应。通过本文的分析,对设计和施工提出了一些建议。

【Abstract】 As high speed development of the traffic industry, the need for long span pre-stressed concrete continuous curved box-girder bridges in construction of highways, urban overhead crossings and viaducts is bigger and bigger. But the existing computing method can’t satisfy the precision demand hi analysing long span curved box-girder bridges.The writer has been engaged in bridge design and construction for some years and doing attempting studies in mechanical characters of long span curved box-girder bridges in construction phase. In this paper, the Golden Phoenix Bridge over Meixi river in Shantou-a long span curved box-girder bridge in Xigang viaduct project-is taken as computing and analysing model. By using the spacial analysis software ASBEST’98, its mechanic characteristic such as stress, shear lag and displacement is analyzed. By contrasting curved bridge and straight bridge, influence of dead load and prestressing force on the stress in cantilever casting period of curved bridges is analyzed.In this paper, the controlling problem in construction phase is specially studied. The displacement and tortion caused by dead load and prestressing force in cantilever casting period are provided.Some proposals are offered for design and construction in this paper. All these results will not only aid the bridge engineering design and construction, but also provide more useful information for further research on static behavior of curved-girder.
