柴油机红外再生微粒捕集器试验研究

【摘要】 与其他类型的内燃机相比,应用越来越广泛的柴油机具有更高的燃油效率、提供更大的转矩和拖动能力,碳氢化合物排放低,但微粒的排放却是汽油机的30倍以上。因此有效控制柴油机微粒的排放对环保和汽车等行业的发展意义重大。有关研究表明,微粒捕集器是彻底减少柴油机微粒排放的最有效方法,但在我国,后处理技术方面目前采用的微粒捕集器及再生技术还不成熟,本论文对红外再生系统中的微粒捕器进行试验研究,对其过滤效率、再生效率、再生过程可控性、成本、寿命及对高含硫量燃油适应性进行测试。通过测试,证实利用红外再生方法具有结果简单和再生可靠的优点,在性能上达到国际先进水平而且能够适应我国的燃油品质,为柴油机捕集器在我国的实际应用解决了关键性技术难题,是适合我国国情、能够产生巨大的社会和经济效益的柴油机排放后处理系统。此项技术使国产柴油机车辆的微粒排放达到或超过欧Ⅱ标准,极大提高国产柴油机行业在国际上的竞争力。本论文同时讨论了柴油机微粒红外再生系统在船舶柴油机上安装使用的可行性及现实意义。

【Abstract】 Compared to other types of internal combustion engines, diesel engines that are used more and more widely are more fuel-efficient, provide highest torque and pulling capability, are lower emitters of hydrocarbons and carbon monoxide, but diesel engines can emit up to 30 times more particulate matter than gasoline engines. Thus, the effective control of emission of diesel engine particles is significant for the development of environmental protection an automobile industries. Related studies have shown that Diesel Particulate Filter (DPF) is the most effective method to reduce the emission of diesel engine particles thoroughly. However, techniques of DPF and regeneration adopting in China presently is still not immature in technical aspect of after-treatment. DPF of infrared regeneration system has been experimented and researched in this paper. It has been tested for the filter efficiency, regeneration efficiency, the controllability of regenerating process, cost, life and the suitability to fuel with high sulfur. Through such tests, infrared regenerating method has been proved to have the advantages of both simple result and reliable regeneration, up to international advanced level in properties, and suited fuel quality of our country. All of this has solved key technical problems that exist in practical application of DPF in China. Such after-treatment system is just the one that is suited to our national situation and that can bring hugely social and economic benefit. Using this technique, the particles emission of Chinese diesel engine will be up to or even over the European II criterion, and the international competition of Chinese diesel engine industry will be enhanced too. At the same time, this paper has still discussed the feasibility and realistic meaning that the infrared regenerating system is installed in marine diesel engines.
