提高辽化机械厂质量竞争力的方法研究

【摘要】 加入WTO之后,中国企业面临新经济时代的挑战,经济全球化已经成为历史的必然,国际国内竞争日趋激烈,企业能否生存与发展,关键在于其具不具有竞争优势。 论文首先对辽化机械厂进行简单介绍,提出影响辽化机械厂提高质量竞争力的因素:质量管理体系控制流程繁琐,建立全面质量管理机制的要求,产品质量控制和考核需进一步加强,加强产品研发是必然趋势。对辽化机械厂进行环境分析,包括我国石油化工装备制造业的发展现状、入世后技术壁垒的影响和辽化机械厂在行业中的地位分析。 其次从理论角度,根据竞争优势理论研究企业竞争优势的来源和形成机理,探讨企业竞争优势的形成过程,从价值链的角度分析竞争优势。 再次,结合本人的工作实践从石油化工装备制造业对资质等级的要求入手,分析辽化机械厂的持证情况,从建立文件化质量体系的框架、优化体系过程控制、统一质量记录(表卡)及效果分析四个方面进行实证分析,得出建立压力容器质量体系一体化管理模式。 加强质量保证方面首先建立质量保证部,从体制上为加强质量保证工作提供条件,提出辽化机械厂采用的质量管理原则;分析及时进行自我评价的方式方法及效果。从为实施目标而配备资源时应考虑的因素等六个方面研究改进资源管理。进行提高质量竞争力的成本分析,得出加强质量会降低成本的结论。 强化质量控制及实证分析,从过程控制方法等几个方面,保证辽化机械厂产品质量形成全过程处于受控状态。从修订质量手册和程序文件、编写辽化机械厂标准和下发厂红头文件三个方面进行标准制定和贯彻。从建立健全质量考核机制、对影响产品质量的关键环节进行重点考核和辽化机械厂焊接质量考核实证分析,得出继续抓好质量考核的重要性的结论。 最后,从辽化机械厂产品研发的现状及分析入手,提出设置研发机构,加大投入,提高研发成功的可能性等七个方面,结合辽化机械厂高效换热器研发的实证分析,对辽化机械厂的产品研发提供管理参考。 本论文从提高质量竞争力角度,对辽化机械厂提供管理参考,对其它石油化工装备制造企业具有重要的借鉴意义。

【Abstract】 As China have attended in the WTO, enterprise are facing the challenge of new economic time, the global economic make enterprise’ s international and national environment more and more complex, competition are getting more and more acute, whether enterprise can survive and develop depends on it’ s competitive superiority.First, this article introduces CNPC Liaoyang Petro-Chemical Fibre Company Machinery Factory, carry out the factors that influence the set up of quality superiority, they are: complex quality control system, the need of TQC, product quality control and evaluate, trend of strengthen product research, analysis the position of LPM.Second, Takes the theory of competitive superiority into account, discusses the source and formation of competitive superiority. Educes the conclusion that cost and quality superiority are main competitive competence of LPM.Third, base on practice of author, from the need of certification by the equipment manufacture of petrochemical industry on, analysis the certification fact of LPM, carry out four aspect of set up whole pressure vessel quality system management mode. They are set up documental quality system, optimize process control, unify quality record, and effect analysis.Forth, set up quality assurance department, bring forward the method of strengthen quality assurance system and management of resource and three method of analysis of quality control cost.Fifth, take process control into account; assure the whole process of quality formation being controlled. From review of quality manual and process control documents, write the code of LPM, and provide file of LPM on, discuss establishing of quality control examine system, emphases on key process examine and control and based on the demonstration of welding control, draw the conclusion of the importance of quality control.Six, analysis the fact of product research of LPM, discuss set up a department that in charge of technique innovation, investment of product research, and raise the feasibility of success of product research, based on a demonstration of high efficiency heat exchanger, carry out reference of product research management.This article bases on the aspect of setting up quality competitive superiority, carry out reference of management for LPM. It also has important effect of management reference for other enterprise of petrochemical equipment manufacturing.
