【摘要】 信息是现代社会的重要资源，信息既非物质，也不是能量，但它是构成人类社会的基本要素之一。企业信息是企业赖以生存的基本要素，特别是在网络环境下，企业信息出现了一种新的传播方式——网上传播。本文的研究要点也基于此，希望为后续研究起抛砖引玉之用。从电子商务的观点来看，信息发布是电子商务活动中最关键的环节之一，本文详细地介绍了当前最流行的网络信息发布的基本概念、层次结构、最新技术等相关知识，以及电子商务应用的两种模式，并结合相关实例加以论证。 全文分为三大部分，在信息与信息传播部分中，着重讨论了“信息”和“传播”的相关内容，并对信息的传播进行了分析，为接下来的研究做好了铺垫。在企业信息传播部分中，由于信息各式各样，在此我只着重研究了企业信息与企业信息传播。为使文章前后连贯，特意把“企业信息传播媒介”抽出做单独论述，以引出下文。企业信息网上传播部分是全文的核心部分。在这一部分中，我们首先论述了一种新的传播方式——网上传播，接着论述了企业网上传播的信息要素、企业信息网上传播模式及步骤。为使文章内容更为丰富，还专门列出了二则企业信息网上传播的实例。更多还原

【Abstract】 Enterprise information is indispensable to all the enterprises. Especially in the net age, there comes to be a new way of communication-internet communication. In this article I discuss the problem and I hope it can throw light on the further research.This article is divided into three parts in which the latter is always more profound than the former. By this means I can have a clear idea about the problem.The first part is "information and information communication". In this part, I discuss the relevant content of "information" and "communication". Then I analyze the information communication. All I have done in this part is to pave the way for the subsequent research. The second part is "enterprise information communication". Information is miscellaneous, but I just refer to the "enterprise information". So I discuss the enterprise information and enterprise information communication. In order to make the article coherent, I treat "the media of enterprise information communication" as an independent unit. The last part is "internet communication of enterprise information". This part is the core in the article. In this part, I firstly discuss the new way of communication-internet communication, then I discuss the information element of enterprise internet communication, the mode and the procedure of internet communication of enterprise information. At the end of the article, I provide two examples on the Internet communication of enterprise information to demonstrate what I have stated above.更多还原
