遗传算法及模糊控制理论在木板材优化下料系统中的应用

【摘要】 本文对木材加工自动化领域中的相关现状进行了分析探讨,将人工智能中的遗传算法、模糊控制理论应用于木板材下料系统的计算机过程控制中,以便促进木板材加工自动化的发展。 针对木板材下料优化组合问题,应用模仿生物进化过程的遗传算法,对某些随机产生的初始优化方案进行编码,通过选择、交叉及变异操作使其不断进化,最终收敛于最优方案。针对待切木板材数量与送料速度问题,提出了一种可提高生产效率的模糊控制方案,并对模糊控制方案进行了设计。 根据实际生产背景,设计了木板材优化下料控制系统的硬件结构。在Windows 98操作系统上,运用Visual Basic 6.0开发工具设计了智能控制软件系统。实验结果表明,该系统能够快速、有效的实现木板材下料优化组合及木板材下料的模糊智能控制。

【Abstract】 This paper analyzed and discussed the relative status of the automatization region of wood machining, and applied the genetic algorithm and the fuzzy control theory, which belong to human intelligent, into the computer control process of wood cut system in order to improve the development of wood machining automatization.According to the matter of wood cut optimization, the paper adopted the genetic algorithm imitating the biology evolution to code some optimization scheme initialized by chance, improved these schemes by selection, crossover and mutation operation. At last these schemes converged to the best. For the connection of the amount of the wood to be cut and the velocity of feeding, the paper put forward a fuzzy control method that can increase the production efficiency and designed it.Based on the practicality produce environment, this paper designed the hardware compose of wood optimization cut control system. On Windows 98, designed the software of intelligent control system by Visual Basic 6.0. Experiments indicate that this intelligent control system designed in the paper can achieve wood cut optimization assembled and fuzzy intelligent control fleetly and effectively.
