内燃机车水阻试验台微机检测系统的研究

【摘要】 水阻试验台是对内燃机车进行负载性能试验、整定机车功率、实现内燃机车状态监测的重要设备。本文在对内燃机车主要技术参数进行详细分析的基础上,针对原有试验设备的落后状况,提出了采用先进的微机技术、传感器检测技术和控制技术对水阻试验台进行改造的技术方案,应用模块化的设计思想,对各功能模块进行软、硬件设计,从而构成内燃机车水阻试验台微机检测系统。 本文在以单片机为核心的微机系统的设计、接口电路设计、抗干扰技术及安全隔离技术等方面进行了较深入的研究,分析了不同频率检测信号采样周期的选择,并在检测系统中得到了应用,较好地解决了水阻试验台微机检测系统的可靠性和稳定性问题,使得该试验台技术先进、实用性好。检测系统中还设计了可扩展的通讯模块,通过通讯模块和PC机相连,可实现对检测数据的高级处理和分析。 文中给出了检测系统主要硬件电路的连接示意图和主要软件模块的流程图。对试验结果进行分析,表明系统完全达到了设计要求。 该系统已运用于上海铁路局合肥铁路机务段的水阻试验台上,获得了良好的使用效果。

【Abstract】 The hydraulic resistance testbed is an important equipment for carry on diesel locomotive load performance test, adjusting diesel locomotive power and overhauling its state. This thesis is on the basis of analyzing the main technical parameter of the diesel locomotive in detail. Directed against the backward state of the original testing equipment, propose and adopt advanced microcomputer technique, and control technology and test detection technique for the testbed go on technological scheme that transform. Using the design philosophy of the module ization, carry on the design of soft and hardware to every function module , thus form a microcomputer detecting system of the hydraulic resistance testbed for diesel locomotive.This thesis probes into design of microcomputer system taking single chip microcomputer as central, anti-interference, security segregate and design of interface circuit etc. Furthermore, the option to cycle of sampling various frequencies examine signals is also analyzed and it was utilized in the examine system. Thus, the dependability and stability problem of the microcomputer examine system of hydraulic resistance testbed have been solved better, make this test a modern techniques and practibility is good. In this examine system, the expandable module which helps the system link with PC to realize processing deeply and analyze examine data.The diagram of connection of main hardware circuit in the examine system and flow diagram of main software module are provided. Have analyzed to the result of the test , it indicate that the system has totally reached the designing requirement.This system apply to the hydraulic resistance testbed in Hefei Locomotive Depot of Shanghai Railway Bureau already and have obtained good result of use.
