铁路货车轮对压装曲线记录仪的研制

【摘要】 铁路车辆的轮对和轴承-压装质量对车辆的行车安全至关重要。而压装质量是靠压装过程的压装力—位移曲线来判断的。因此需研制合适的压力—位移曲线自动记录系统自动完成该曲线的记录和判断、曲线数据存储、曲线打印等功能。 本论文以轮对压装过程为例,详细说明了压装曲线记录系统的压力传感器、位移传感器和数据采集卡及工控机等硬件选择、软件设计原理。论文还通过一些简单的计算和分析,讲述了上述硬件选择的依据。在软件设计部分,主要是针对数据采集卡的操作和数据采集后的处理、曲线的分析判断、部分用户界面编制方面进行了详细论述。 本论文述及的内容,都已经在现场中实现,且使用效果很好。根据本文所述的原理,可以方便快速地设计出轴承压装过程的曲线记录系统,也可以在现有系统上加装一套压力和位移传感器,并进行少量程序设计,就可以实现一套系统完成轮对压装、轴承压装过程的压力—位移曲线记录和其它功能。

【Abstract】 During the manufacturing of the rolling stock ,there is one very very important process that it will have large affect to the safety that is the load of the wheels and the bearings . So there are many rules and regulations about it. To determine the quality of the process, it need measure and store the data of the force of the pressure and movement ,and draw the curve using the data.In this thesis ,I studied the selection of the pressure sensor and the displacement sensor,determined the data acquisition card and the industrial computer. I studied the the reasons of the selections and wrote down them. Then I wrote the programs of the data acquisition and analysis,of the interface to the users,of the judgement of the curse .The automatic curve recorder now is used by MeiShan rolling stock works. It works well and it is more cheaper and more effective than any other kinds of curve recorders.
