区域制造资源优化配置系统数据库设计研究

【摘要】 区域制造资源优化配置是通过信息技术将分散在区域内的各种制造资源有效地组织起来,使企业能够快速、准确地找到需要的资源,既提高资源利用率,又使资源以最有效的组合为区域内企业服务。 区域制造资源优化配置系统是辅助企业实现资源配置活动的应用软件系统,系统以网络技术和数据库技术为基础,提供支持各类制造资源配置活动的应用软件模块,使地理上分散的企业通过系统完成面向制造资源配置的各种活动。 本文首先分析了制造资源优化配置中的实体和关系,建立了其总体的实体一关系模型。商务活动大多包含查找、协商和实施三个阶段,本文在分析资源优化配置的特点的基础上提出了源优化配置的(S,N,F)(其中S—Search,查找;N—Negotiate,协商;F—Fulfill,实施)三阶段过程模型。根据配置的不同阶段对信息的需求以及系统正常运行的要求,总结了资源配置系统的主要信息需求,分别对上述信息进行了详细的分析,将元信息管理的方法运用于产品和装备信息的管理中;对于用户管理信息,着重分析了系统的用户特点和信息内容。在此基础上使用E-R数据模型描述了这些信息内容,实现了数据库的概念设计,并部分实现了数据库的逻辑设计和物理设计,分析了资源配置系统数据库逻辑和物理设计的原则,如外模式、簇集、索引设计以及数据类型的选择等。针对关系数据库语义贫乏的特点,提出采用建立在关系数据库管理系统之上的制造资源数据库管理系统实现对资源数据库的管理,进一步讨论了制造资源数据库系统功能和设计,实现了制造资源数据库管理系统人机接口的装备资源管理部分。 最后对本文的研究内容和结论进行了总结,并展望了进一步的研究工作。

【Abstract】 Based on information technology, the manufacturing resources belonging to various enterprises distributed in the region can be integrated together effectively, so that the enterprises who need the specific resources can locate them accurately and rapidly; and the resources can be collocated together by the most effective mode to service for all enterprises in the region ,and the high usage of resource gotten. Both the above process and results are called Regional Manufacturing Resource Optimization(RMRO).The Regional Manufacturing Resource Optimization System(RMROS) is a kind of application software which aids enterprises in the specific region performing the RMRO. Based on network and database technology, RMROS is composed of many modules, each of them performing certain functions corresponding to the optimization of variant resources.Based on analyzing and abstracting entities and their relationships of RMRO, E-R graph illustrating the main contents of RMRO is proposed. Like other businesses, actions of RMRO include three phases, which are searching, negotiating and fulfilling. The (S,N,F) three-phase mode of RMRO, which stands for Search, Negotiate and Fulfill respectively, is proposed and analyzed. After the information according to the each phase of optimization and normal running of the system are discussed respectively, the information demands are concluded and analyzed in detail. Especially meta-information method is used in products and equipments information management. The trait of users and information contents of user management are also analyzed. The conceptual model of database is illustrated with E-R graph. After that, logical design and physical design of database are partly accomplished, and some designing principles of them are analyzed, such as external schema, cluster and index design and data type choosing. The Relational Database is poor semantic, so manufacturing resource database management system based on relational database management system isproposed for manufacturing resource database management. The functions and design of manufacturing resource database management is discussed and Human-Computer Interface of equipments information management is designed and implemented.Finally, the research contents and conclusions of this paper have been summarized and its further studies forecasted.
