货车滚动轴承段修在线故障诊断研究

【摘要】 本文通过对几种典型状态货车滚动轴承的检修工况模拟试验,分析了故障振动信号的特点,结合生产线上的实际需要,提出将轴承振动信号幅值域无量纲诊断方法应用在车辆段检修线上,并用裕度因子、峭度因子两个无量纲参数作为在线检测轴承有否故障的指标。为替代货车滚动轴承故障的人工经验检测提供了较好手段。按照无量纲诊断方法研制的检测系统构成简单,提高了故障诊断的实时性和诊断结果的可靠性,同时不要求操作人员具有专业知识,减少了人为差错,使系统的可接受性得到了提高。 最后,就诊断参数门限值的确定做了一些探讨。编制了专用故障检测软件。软件使用面向对象的开发语言VisualC++6.0编制,操作简单,便于使用;可配合数据采集电路板及其它仪器,组成专用检测系统,供生产现场使用。

【Abstract】 In this paper, the author has experimented some kinds of typical state bearings of the axles in freight train. Non-Dimensional Parameters Diagnosis (NDPD) has been used to detect damage in the experiments . According to the results , the author has used two dimensionless parameters in the detecting equipment.The detecting system’s structure is simple and it can improve the reliability of the detecting result. So it can free workers from heavily labors, and the workers can use the equipment without special knowledge on fault-diagnosis theory. On the other hand, the system is more acceptable.At the end of this paper, the author has discussed how to set the value of the two parameters, and use Visual C++ 6.0 to compile software just for diagnosing faults of freight train’s bearings in the equipment.
