液压轴向柱塞泵的故障分析及维护

【摘要】 液压驱动技术以其独特的优点,已成为工程机械的主要驱动技术之一。液压泵是液压传动系统的心脏,是液压驱动系统的动力元件。液压泵的故障将严重影响工程机械的使用。因此,对液压泵故障分析和液压系统维护的研究,对工程施工单位就显得十分重要,也是目前各大型工程施工企业迫切需要的。 论文主要有两个部分的内容:液压轴向柱塞泵的故障分析和工程施工企业液压设备的管理和维护。其中论文主要集中在液压轴向柱塞泵的故障理论分析及实践中K3V112DT型双朕泵温度过高故障的实例分析上。 论文结合上述问题,详细介绍了液压系统故障分析方法,液压系统故障分类和故障特性,建立了液压轴向柱塞泵的故障分析流程图,计算液压系统的温升与液压泵功率损耗之间关系,并对工程机械用双朕轴向柱塞泵进行了实验。最后,通过对液压系统日常维护、管理方法和液压泵修理方法探讨,提出了现代工程施工企业应建立液压设备管理体系及内容。希望能为以企业机械设备管理水平的提高有一定的帮助。

【Abstract】 Hydraulic driving technology has already become one of the main driving technology for its special virtue. The hydraulic pump is the drive component of the hydraulic system . The failure of the hydraulic pump on construction machinery will seriously affect the usage . So the research of failure analysis of hydraulic pump and the research of maintenance of hydraulic system is very important to our corporation, it is also wanted by the other many big building corporations.The thesis consists two parts: failure analysis of hydraulic axial piston pump and maintenance of hydraulic system. The first emphasis of the thesis is the failure analysis of hydraulic axial piston pump, the second is the example about the high temperature analysis of the K3V112DT type double pump.Combining with these problems , the thesis introduced the failure analysis methods of hydraulic system , the failure classification of hydraulic system and the quality of the failure . It drew the failure analysis flow sheet of hydraulic axial pump , calculated temperature increase of hydraulic system , and finished the test of hydraulic axial piston double pump .At last .through the discussion about daily maintenance & management methods and repair of hydraulic axial piston pump , it introduced the management system & contents for our corporation . I hope that can have effect on improving the level of our machine management .
