基于九点控制器的水轮机调速器研究

【摘要】 本文以武汉理工大学校基金项目“九点控制器”的研究成果为依据,提出了一种基于九点控制器算法的水轮机调速系统。 水轮机调速系统是影响电力系统运行质量和安全的最重要的控制系统之一。目前已突破传统的控制模式,采用工业控制计算机技术,特别是采用了高可靠性的PLC,数字网络化的现场总线技术,工业计算机监控技术,将水轮机调速技术提高到了一个调节与监控兼备的现场网络控制阶段。其硬件组成多采用总线式工控机(STD和VME总线等)、可编程控制器(PLC)和工业用PC机(IPC、PC总线)。进口调速器多用VME总线工控机和PLC;国产调速器则多用STD总线工控机PLC和IPC。 调速器的可靠性和性能在很大程度上取决于系统的控制策略。传统的PID控制无法解决稳定性、准确性、快速性的矛盾,考虑到水轮机调节系统是一个时变、快速的非线性系统,通过智能控制技术来改善其性能和稳定性是非常必要的,所以提出了一种基于九点控制策略的水轮机调节系统。 本文围绕九点控制器理论、水轮机对象以及将九点控制器智能控制理论应用于水轮机对象的可行性,讨论了智能控制理论在水轮机调速器设计上的应用,水轮机调速器的常规PID控制和智能九点控制器控制策略,及基于九点控制器的水轮机调速器系统组成、调节过程、控制流程,分析了系统的稳定性及参数整定问题,并通过MATLAB仿真,验证了系统的可行性。将九区控制算法应用到水轮机调节系统上是大有发展前景的。

【Abstract】 A new study is made to complete a hydraulic turbine computer-controlled system based on the fund project "nine-point controller" of Wuhan University of Technology.Hydraulic turbine regulator is one of the important systems for operating quality and security of electrical power plant .Hydraulic activator technology has been improve to more high level-both adjusting and monitoring is integrated to form a field network control system which breaks the traditional control mode and in which industrial computer control technology , especially high reliability PLC , digital-networklized field bus technology and computer monitoring are used. Its hardware construction is composed of the productrial control computer with field bus (STD bus and VME bus), programmable controller(PLC) and productrial PC computer(IPC bus and PC bus). The import activator mostly use VME bus productrial control computer PLC and IPC.In most cases, the reliability and feature is based on the control strategy of system. The traditional PID control and all sorts of intelligent control have their advantages and defects. Thinking of the hydraulic turbine governor system is a time mutative, fast unlinearity system, it is necessary to improve its feature and reliability with intelligent control system. Therefore, a hydraulic turbine regulator based on nine-point controller is made in this paper.The paper discusses the construction, adjust processing and control algorithm of the system. In addition , it analyzes the stability and the means of obtaining parameters. The paper authenticates the feasibility of the system with MATLAB simulating. The hydraulic turbine regulator with nine-point control has a great applied prosperity.
