【摘要】 核心竞争力理论是迄今为止企业战略理论最高的、最有价值的成果之一。纵观那些在商战中折戟沉沙的企业，多数是他们漠视了核心竞争力培育的结果。积累、构建、保持和有效运用自己的核心竞争力，是任何一个企业生存和发展的根本保证。为此，本文从核心竞争力理论出发，采取渐进式的研究方式，分别对农村核心竞争力和湖北农村核心竞争力培育进行了深入的研究。 首先，本文拓宽了核心竞争力的定义范围，解析了核心竞争力的中心思想和基本原则。 其次，把核心竞争力的概念引入中国农村，并从农村核心竞争力的内涵、特点、要素、功能入手，研究了农村核心竞争力的识别和评价标准与指标，提出了农村核心竞争力评价模型。 再次，本文简单介绍了湖北农村的现状和影响湖北农村经济的主要因素。重点阐述了湖北农村核心竞争力培育方式和培育途径等问题。由此建立了湖北农村核心竞争力的培育与提升的模型。并指出了培育提升湖北农村核心竞争力应从两个方面着手，一是突出比较优势，充分利用湖北农村区位、资源、技术等比较优势；二是发展竞争优势，关键是湖北农村的制度、组织、科技的创新，经济结构的调整和农村教育问题。当然，文章中还给出了很多构建农村核心竞争力的具体方法和思路，这些都可以为管理当局提供新的启示。同时，本文也梳理和归纳了农业产业化的几种模式，期望能对湖北农村经济的发展有所帮助。 最后，本文以内蒙古草原兴发股份公司为实例，剖析了农村发展核心竞争力的典型模式。更多还原

【Abstract】 So far, the theory of core competence is one of the most valuable corporation strategy. Scanning through the abortive enterprises, most of them disregard the cultivation of core competence that is the most important to an enterprise. For this reason, based on the theory of core competence, this paper makes some in-depth study on the rural core competence and the cultivation of core competence in Hubei rural area.Firstly, this paper broadens the define bound of core competence, and explains the essential content about core competence.Next, the author draws the concept of core competence into Chinese rural area, starts with discussing the define, characteristic, element and function of the core competence, and studies such issues as identification, evaluation standard and index system of the core competence in a rural area.Further, the thesis introduces the current situation of Hubei province rural area. And then author treats the cultivation way and methods of the core competence in Hubei province rural area with special emphasis, and sets up its model. In detail, developing the core competence in Hubei province rural area consists of two aspects. On the one hand, it should give prominence to the comparative advantage. On the other hand, it should develop competitive advantage. However, there are a lot of concrete methods and ideas for the governor to make policy in this paper. At the same time, the thesis also sums up some modes of agricultural industrialization that will be beneficial to Hubei province economy.Finally, this paper analyzes the case of Neimenggu Caoyuanxingfa joint-stock company that tells us how to develop the core competence in a rural area.更多还原
