市场经济下的“三名模式”研究

【摘要】 随着市场竞争的加剧和经济环境走向过剩时代,企业已经逐渐意识到,单一依靠产品支撑企业运行和企业的市场竞争,已经难以被消费者接受,被市场认可。企业在这种竞争环境的转变过程中必须有整合自身的产品体系、企业家形象体系和企业形象体系的能力。在这种整合趋势下,“三名模式”应运而生。 本文通过市场经济对名牌产品、名企业家与名牌企业(以上简称“三名”)的需求、“三名”的具体论述、“三名”之间的辨证关系、“三名模式”创建和发展的过程等几个角度来系统介绍“三名模式”。以名牌企业为平台,名牌产品和名企业家依附之上形成互相影响、互相作用的和谐统一的整体的方面来研究“三名模式”。 本文分析的重点放在名牌产品、名企业家、名牌企业的辨证关系和模式创建和发展等几个方面。经过系统深入的分析,本文认为“三名模式”是一种适合于企业快速增强其市场竞争力的模式,尤其是在我国日趋市场经济化的情况下。 最后,本文也阐述了“三名模式”的意义,是对企业现有管理理论的丰富和为企业的发展指明了道路。目的是从一个崭新的视野和角度对企业的品牌和企业家作了一次整合的、深刻的、全面的阐述,给后来者提供一些借鉴和指导。

【Abstract】 With market competition get more and more drastic and economic environment head for the excess ages, enterprises already begin to be aware that it is difficult to be accepted by customers and market that only depend on the products to keep its operation normally and competition. So enterprises must have the ability that integrate its product, entrepreneur image and enterprise image system in the course of competitive environment changing. Under this integrating trend, "SanMing mode "come out at the moment.The thesis introduces the "SanMing mode" from the below aspects,such as market economics need "SanMing mode", detail treatising "SanMing mode", the relation of "SanMing mode" and "SanMing mode" setting and developing. The thesis also study the "SanMing mode" by as well - known enterprise a terrace, brand product and well -known entrepreneur play on it completely to becoming mutual influence, interactional and unifying entirety.The analysis emphasis of the thesis put on the the logical relationship of "SanMing mode" , "SanMing mode" setting and developing. Through systemic and deep analysis, the thesis think "SanMing mode" is suit for enterprises to quickly strengthen its market competition ability, especially under the situation of market more economically in our country.Finally, the thesis also expatiate the meaning of "SanMing mode", which rich the existing management theory and point out the enterprises development road. The purpose is to expatiate the enterprises brand and entrepreneur integrated, deep and completely from a new eyeshot,and offer guide and advices to the afterwards.
