【摘要】 集装箱运输是一种先进的现代化运输方式，是件杂货运输的发展方向，它几乎已经遍及了世界上所有的国家。集装箱运输已经成为国际贸易通用的最优运输方式，国际集装箱多式联运网络也正在形成。 随着我国改革开放的深入，产业结构也作了重大的调整。随着经济的繁荣和发展，国内水路集装箱运输也日益体现出它的重要性和优越性。我国幅员辽阔，具有十分优越的水路运输条件，内贸集装箱运输前景广阔。近几年来，国内集装箱水路运输发展很快，成为新的经济增长点，也为我国综合物流体系的发展奠定了初步的基础。 但是，正是由于内贸集装箱水路运输是新兴行业，相配套的政策和措施都不完善，因此，我们有必要深入研究内贸集装箱运输的发展，针对目前存在的问题和未来发展趋势而采取一定的措施，制定相应的对策，从而加快发展国内集装箱运输，推动多式联运的发展及产业结构的调整。 本论文从海口南海青年实业公司几年来经营内贸集装箱运输的发展过程入手，具体实例进行研究，从海口南海青年实业公司开发国内集装箱航运项目的起步到发展，着重分析公司所面临的经营环境竞争因素以及企业内部因素的影响，对海口南海青年实业公司在其各发展阶段所面临的战略取向进行研究，从而以点代面，希望能对我国内贸集装箱航运行业的总体发展研究起到启示性的作用，对内贸集装箱的发展现状及发展趋势提供可行性的参考。更多还原

【Abstract】 Container transportation is an advanced transportation mode. It has been the best transportation mode of international trade. As a trend of sundry goods transportation, it is spread all over the world. The network of international container multi-model transportation is also taking shape.With the deepening of the reform and opening, industrial structure has been great adjusted. And with the economic flourishing and development, internal waterway container transportation is being more and more important. Since China is a country of vast and has advantageous waterway transportation condition, domestic trade container transportation has wide application foreground. In recent years, civil container transportation has great developed, which has been a new economic growth point and the foundation of synthetic logistics system.Since domestic container transportation is a new industry, relative policy and measure is not perfect. We must do deep research on domain container transportation, and take measures to accelerate its development, promote multi-mode transportation and adjust industry structure.This paper begins with the process of manage domain contain transportation in Haikou Nanqing company. Mainly analyze the influence of operation competition factor and company interior factor. The author does many researches on the company’s strategy orientation at each stage and gives some advises to the development of domain container transportation industry.更多还原
