亲水面漆与防腐底漆的制备及协同作用的研究

【摘要】 以自制大分子单体HTP为表面活性剂,以AA、HEA小分子单体为助表面活性剂,进行无皂微乳液聚合,合成接枝型双亲聚合物,进行一定程度的中和,并加入氨基树脂717作为固化剂,制备亲水面漆;以AA、HEA、MMA、BA、St、环氧树脂等单体进行溶液聚合,再用有机胺中和、加入固化剂氨基树脂717、用水分散,制备防腐底漆。用TEM观察双亲聚合物的粒子形貌,用DSC表征双亲聚合物的微相分离情况,用亲水角表征固化后的双亲聚合物表面浸润性;用20%的NaOH溶液以及盐雾实验测试底漆耐蚀性。结果显示:大分子亲水单体能接枝于双亲聚合物主链上,并能进行微相分离,从而获得良好、持久的亲水性,所得的聚合物粒径较小、分布均匀;环氧改性的丙烯酸酯树脂比未用环氧改性的树脂具有更好的耐碱性和耐盐雾性;面漆在底漆匹配性好,面漆能在底漆上进行较完全取向,两者之间的附着力强,耐冲耐擦。

【Abstract】 Self-preparation polymerizable macromolecular surfactant HTP and acrylate monomer(AA,HEA)as aided surfactant were used to prepare grafted amphiphilic polymer by soap-free microemulsion copolymerization. This amphiphilic polymer was neutralized in some degree, then amidocyanogen resin(717) was put into this system. The hydrophilic face coating was prepared. AA,HEA,MMA,BA,St,epoxy resin were used to prepare antiseptic bottom coating, before the resin was dispersed, it must be neutralized organic amine, 717 must be added into, too.Particle’s morophology was observed by TEM. The conditions of amphiphilic polymer’s micro-phase separation was characterized by DSC. When the amphiphilic polymer was set, its surface tension could be known by measured water in its surface spread-diameter. NaOH(20wt%) and salt-fog experiment were used to measure bottom coating’s corrupt resistance.Results showed that macromolecular monomer could be grafted into main chain, it also could be micro-phase separated. Good and long time hydrophilic amphiphilic polymer could be obtained. The particle diameter was less and its distribution was uniform. Acrylate resin rectified by epoxy resin was better in anti-erode than only acrylate resin used. Face coating and bottom coating matched well, the tropism of face coating on bottom coating could be carried out easily, the adhesion force was big enough to anti- rubbing and anti- washing.
