基于Windows插齿机数控系统的设计研究

【摘要】 本文综述了目前国内外数控插齿机及插齿机数控系统的发展现状与趋势,讨论了数控插齿机的工作原理、机械结构以及齿轮插齿加工的工艺过程,详细说明了STAR-03G插齿机数控系统的软硬件结构。在此基础上研究并解决了如下几个关键技术:插齿加工工艺数据库的建立与计算机的自动检索,用户不需要人工确定加工工艺,而由计算机完成,使得系统简单易用;通过对齿轮参数与加工工艺参数之间关系的分析,归纳出插齿加工的工艺过程与工艺模式,详细推导和计算出加工控制参数;通过PC机上的PMAC(多轴运动控制器)实现对插齿机运动的控制,构建开放式插齿机数控系统,大大缩短整个系统的开发时间,并且易于用户进行二次开发。最后,文章对插齿机数控系统的改进与完善提出了详细的建议。

【Abstract】 In the thesis, the current state and development tendency of CNC system and CNC gear shaping machine in domestic and abroad are investigated . The work principle of CNC gear shaping machine, mechanical structure and technics process of gear making are discussed. The structure of hardware and software of STAR-03G CNC system for Gear shaping Machine are mentioned in detail . The following keying problems are solved: User needn’t input technics parameter , the technics parameter and process can be indexed by computer based on the technics database . As a result , the system is simple and easy to use. The technics process and technics mode of gear making shaping is deduced by analyzing the relation of gear parameter and technics parameter and parameters used in make and control process are deduced and calculated in detail . To build the opening CNC system, the control of movement of gear shaping machine is in the charge of PMAC on the PC, as a result, that reduces greatly the studing time and is easy for user to develop secondly. At the end of the thesis , the future study and improvement of the gear shaping Machine CNC system is discussed and suggested .
