【摘要】 本文通过对现代物流概念演变与发展的追溯和对现代物流构成要素的分析探讨了现代物流的内涵和定义，并在此基础上界定了现代物流管理的内容，分析了现代物流管理的组织类型，理清了现代物流管理与供应链管理的关系，讨论了现代物流与信息技术的相关内容。在对现代物流和物流管理的基本理论探讨的基础上，本文分析了商贸企业的经营环境，然后提出了用现代物流重构商贸企业的基本思路及方法，即从业务流程重组、企业组织重组、构建企业物流信息管理系统和实施供应链管理四个方面对企业进行重构。最后，论述了我们提出的用现代物流重构商贸企业的方法对福建农资集团公司（商贸企业的典型代表）进行重构的实现情况，并对重构后的农资经营企业进行效益分析。更多还原

【Abstract】 This dissertation deeply discusses the meaning of modern logistics by tracing back the evolvement and development of modern logistics and analyzing modern logistics’ inscape. Furthermore, this dissertation analyzes the organization model of modern logistics, explains the relations between modern logistics management and supply chain management, and discusses many aspects which is related to modern logistics and information technology. On the basis of discussing the basic theory of modern logistics and logistics management, this dissertation firstly analyzes the situation of business enterprise. Then, this dissertation puts forward a schema of restructuring business enterprise by using modern logistics, including business process reengenering, enterprise organization reengenering, logistics information management system constructing and supply chain implementing. Finally, we explains our implementation of Fujian Agriculture Production Materials Company’s restructuring by using the method which we have formed in this dissertation, and analyzes its restructuring conditions and effects by using modern logistics.更多还原
