基于VPVT控制算法的变风量空调系统的研究

【摘要】 建筑群中耗能最大的是集中式中央空调,而能源又是人类最珍贵的资源之一,因此国内外都非常重视研究节能的空调系统。集中式中央空调前期以定风量空调控制系统为主,后来发展起先进的变风量空调控制系统。变风量空调系统在二十多年的发展历史中,经历了三个发展阶段:即定静压定温度控制法(CPCT),定静压变温度控制法(CPVT),变静压变温度法控制(VPVT)。其中VPVT法具有最大的节能潜力,但是这种控制方法的实现却是比较困难的。 本文研究了一种基于VPVT控制的变风量空调系统,这是一种二级主从式总线控制系统,主机实现了变静压智能协调控制,n台从机分别对VAV实现变风量的温度间歇式PID批量控制。该系统把自动投运、自动整定、自动调节集成在一起,自动完成,无须用户及服务人员介入,这些功能适合于智能大厦的应用要求;智能协调控制,在满足风量需求的前提上使静压尽量低,从而达到有效节能目的。整个系统结构简单,造价便宜,研制过程表明这是一种有实用价值应用前景的高技术产品。

【Abstract】 Centralized central air conditioning system is the most customer in the buildings. Energy resource is one of the most precious resources of the human being. Therefore, studying the saving air conditioning system is attached importance to by all countries in the word. In the centralized central air conditioning systems, early stage’s products are constant blast air conditioning systems, now the advanced variable blast air conditioning systems are developed. In the more than twenty years developing history, the variable blast air conditioning systems go through three developing stages: constant static pressure constant temperature (CPCT) control method; constant static pressure variable temperature (CPVT) control method; variable static pressure variable temperature (VPVT) control method. The VPVT is the method of having saving energy potence, but it is more difficult to realize VPVT. In this paper, a variable blast air conditioning system based on VPVT control method is discussed. It is two stages master-slave bus control system. The variable static pressure smart coordinated control algorithm is realized by the master. The variable blast temperature intermittence PID control is realized in n slake-batch controllers. In this system, automatic throw-in, automatic parameters tuning, automatic regulation are integrated. These actions are completed automatically, customers and workers need not intervene in them. These functions are suited to the application requirements of the intelligence buildings. The smart coordinated control could make that the air blast is satisfied and have that the static pressure is lower possibly. So the saving energy is realized.<WP=4> Its system structure is simple and its price is cheap, The studying course make known its practical value and applied prospects of the advanced technics product.
