【摘要】 目的：主要探討蹺脈病變與腦卒中下肢痙攣的關係和作用於蹺脈交會穴對下肢痙攣的治療效果，爲臨床治療腦卒中下肢痙攣探索新的治療方法。方法：將腦卒中後下肢痙攣病人分爲治療組與對照組、治療組，用磁片貼壓在雙側照海、申脈、交信、跗陽穴上，再套上雙下肢氣囊套連接氣壓式血液循環機治療，對照組接受西醫常規康復治療。用SIAS、Ashworth分級等評價其療效。結果：治療組治療後Brunstrom分級Ⅳ分以上者占75%，對照組爲41.67%；治療組治療後SIAS積分較治療前提高約5分，對照組爲2分；兩組Ashworth分級比較和總有效率比較，治療組優於對照組。結論：蹺脈交會穴磁片貼壓配合氣壓式血液循環機治療腦卒中下肢痙攣療效優於對照組。更多还原

【Abstract】 To probe into the relationship between the pathological change of the Qiao Meredian and the convulsion of the lower limbs due to cerebral stroke,and to explore the effect of the conductors sticking on the crossing points of the Qiao Mendian,48 patients with convulsion of the lower limbs due to cerebral stroke were divided into tow groups:one was given the conductors sticking on the bilateral points-zhaohai、shenmai、jiaoxin、fuyang,then treated by the blood circulation punching machine(named treatment group);the other group was received regular recovery remedy(named control group).After 3 months observation,the results shows:1.By the classification of Ashworth,the percent of over class<WP=5>Ⅳ in the treatment group was 75%,which was superrior to that in the control group.2.The total scores by SIAS in the treatment group raesed 5 points,which was superior to that in the control group.Conclusions:Applying the conductor sticking on the crossing point of the Qiao Meridian cooperating with the blood circulation punching machine is an effective remedy on treating the conclusion of the lower limbs due to cerebral stroke,which is better than the regular remedy.更多还原
