【摘要】 目的：探讨面游风方治疗脂溢性皮炎作用机理及临床意义。方法：纳入60例脂溢性皮炎患者，随机分为面游风方丸治疗组、维胺酯治疗组，分别于治疗前后检测患者皮脂溢出率（SER）、皮脂中游离脂肪酸含量（FFA）及鼻部糠秕孢子菌计数。并检测10例健康者皮脂溢出率、皮脂中游离脂肪酸含量、糠秕孢子菌计数作为正常对照组。为了探索面游风方药物对糠秕孢子菌的抑制作用，分别把单味药和成方制成药液，连续倍比稀释，测定各种药物对糠秕孢子菌的抑制作用及最低抑菌浓度。结果：①60例脂溢性皮炎患者经治疗后，皮脂溢出率、游离脂肪酸含量及糠秕孢子菌计数均较治疗前降低，面游风方丸治疗组有效率达90%，维胺酯治疗组有效率达73.3%，两组比较面游风方丸治疗组优于维胺酯治疗组（P<0.01），差异有显著性。面游风方丸在抑制皮脂分泌、降低游离脂肪酸含量、减少糠秕孢子菌数量方面均优于维胺酯（P<0.01）。②方中虎杖、黄连、漏芦、麻仁、侧柏叶、生地、丹皮、升麻具有抑菌作用。结论：面游风方具有抑制皮脂分泌，降低游离脂肪酸含量、抑制糠秕孢子菌生长的作用。消除脂溢性皮炎发病的主要因素，缓解病情，<WP=8>从而达到治疗脂溢性皮炎的目的。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective： To investigate the effective mechanism and clinical significance of the prescription Mianyoufengfang(MYFF) on Seborrrheic Dermatitis.Methods：60 patients with seborrheic dermatitis were divided into two groups, Mianyoufengfang group (treatment group) and Weianzhi group(control group) at random. Seborrheic excrete rate(SER),the content of free fat acid(FFA) in sebum, the number of malassezia furfur baillon(M.furfur) on the nose were tested before and after treatment, and 10 normal controls were tested also, acting as normal compare group.In order to investagte the inhibition of MYFF on M.furfur. Juleps composed the prescription were all<WP=6>decocted into solution, continuously diluted, the minimum inhibitory consistency of them were determined.Results：MYFF and Weianzhi both improved the symptoms, the effective rate of control group was 73.33%, and the treatment group was 90% which was significantly higher than that of the control group (P<0.01). SER, FFA, and number of M.furfur on the nose of treatment group were all decreased than those of before treatment(P<0.01). Polygonum cus pidatum,Coptis chinemsis,Rhaponticum uniflorum, Cimicifuga foetida, Biota orientalis,Rehmannia glutinosa,Paeonia suffruticosa, inhibited the multiplication of M.furfur.Conclusions：MYFF could inhibit secretion of sebaceous grands and propagation of M.furfur, so as to get rid of the two chief factor which caused seborrheic dermatitis. It had a reliably effect on seborrheic dermatitis.更多还原
