含油污水处理用浮选剂的研究

【摘要】 气浮法是用于处理含油污水的一种非常有效的方法。气浮法除油,就是在含油废水中通入空气,产生细微气泡,使水中细小的乳化油粒粘附在空气泡上,随气泡一起上浮到水面,形成浮渣,从而回收了水中的废油。气浮法的除油效率主要取决于油粒直径、气泡直径和油粒表面的化学性质。本文从分析悬浮物的表面化学性质及浮选剂除油效率出发,研究了气浮法所用浮选剂的分子设计原理、浮选剂的种类,并且简单介绍了浮选剂的研究现状。 然后在参照国内外大量文献的基础上,采用单体AM、单体DMC和单体MMA进行乳液三元共聚,生成产品FJ。并通过红外光谱,明确了产品的组成和结构。同时,本文探讨了反映温度、反应时间、单体配比、引发剂量等条件对合成的影响。 最后,对产品FJ的气浮性能进行了实验室评价,证明其有较好的除油性能,达到甚至超过国内同类产品的性能水平。

【Abstract】 Gas floatation process is a very effective method to deal with oily waste water. Gas floatation process to remove oil in wastewater,is to make exiguous emulsified oil droplets in wastewater to adhere to the air bubbles,which generated by bringing air to wastewater,and then ,the oil droplets float up to water surface with them.So that,the deposed oil in wastewater is reclaimed.Oil removal efficiency is chiefly decided by oil droplet size,bubble size and the chemical properties of the oil-drop surface.The principle of molecule design of floatation agent and its types are studied in this paper by analysing the chemical properties of suspending substances in wastewater and the formula of Stokes. Furthermore, the current research of floatation agent is also discussed.Then we carry on ternary emulsion polymerization with monomer AM,monomer DMC and monomer MMA to abtain product FJ by consulting a large number of domestic and international documents.And through the infrared spectrum,the composition and structure of the product have been defined. Besides,this text has probed into reaction temperature,response time,the weight rate of the three monomers,which causes the influence to the emulsion polymerization,such as dosage,etc. of initiator.Finally,FJ is used in gas floatation process in laboratory,which proves FJ there having good oil removal efficiency.lt reaches even exceeds the performance and competence of domestic similar product.
