油田注采系统分析及软件研制

【摘要】 油田注采系统分析是制定采油工艺方案的重要工具,它广泛应用于单井生产动态分析及油田(区块)采油工艺方案的优化设计。本文通过多层前馈神经网络理论,建立了地层压力预测的BP神经网络模型。在此基础上,编制了油田注采系统分析软件,使目前常用的油田注采系统分析的机理模型转变为功能模型,从而无须详细研究注采过程中复杂的流动机理和非活塞式径向水驱油过程。该软件不仅可以进行注采系统分析,也可以分别进行抽油井的节点分析和注水井的节点分析。通过对长庆油田采油三厂17口井(其中采油井8口,注水井9口)的分析表明,计算结果与实际具有很好的一致性。从而为油水井工艺的调整提供了科学的依据,对油田提高开发效果和管理水平具有积极的作用。

【Abstract】 The analysis between water injection and oil production is an important tool for planning the scheme in oilfield. It has been widely used to make the development plan in a single well or/and a block. On the base of the BP nerve network theory, this paper established the formation pressure model. The software was development to analyze water injection and oil production system, which turn the mechanism model into the function way. Therefore, we need not study the complex process through the water injection to the oil production well. The software can be used not only in analyzing the water injection and oil production, but also in the oil production and water injection respectively. It has been used in 17 wells(8 oil production wells and 9 water injection wells) in Changqing oilfield. The forecast shows a good agreement with the field data. The analysis between water injection and oil production is an important tool for planning the scheme in oilfield. This method is so good that the oil production and water injection works properly. It also can supply the scientific measures to adjust the oil production technology, which improve the development and administrations in oilfield.
