虚拟企业运作模式及其管理研究

【摘要】 随着网络经济的发展，一种新型的企业组织形式或者说是企业组织管理模式——虚拟企业，日益成为企业未来发展与经营管理的主流模式。这种新型的组织管理模式将彻底地改变现有的传统企业的组织管理理念、模式、方法，并给企业注入新的生命力与活力，提高企业适应市场、把握市场机遇的能力，从而获得长久的竞争力。 目前，有关虚拟企业的研究是理论界、实业界研究的一个热点问题。同时，各国企业也在加快虚拟化的进程，并在理论与实践中摸索虚拟企业的管理模式、方法。在我国，推动企业的虚拟化，首要任务就是转变观念，树立虚拟企业的管理理念。这包括：全面认识虚拟企业、理解网络经济下虚拟企业的运作机理、树立正确的管理思想、寻求适合环境现状的组织管理模式等。 本论文本着“关注企业发展、关注企业管理”这一宗旨，以补充完善虚拟企业理论体系，提出切实可行的管理举措为目的，展开了对虚拟企业的研究和管理的创新。重点涉及到对虚拟企业的产生动因分析、虚拟企业的组织运作机制与模式研究、虚拟企业的特色管理和综合管理模式等内容。通过研究，在继承现有理论研究成果的基础上，结合现实提出独到的、创新性的见解(如三模式的建立、模式的优化——“中介者组织运作模式”、四特色管理、综合管理模式的提出)。此外，文章最后还结合我国的现状，以汽车企业虚拟化为例，从宏观上提出了我国企业虚拟化的战略思想。希望，通过本论文对虚拟企业运作模式及其管理的研究以及大胆创新，能为虚拟企业的研究与实践探索，发挥一点启迪与指导作用。同时为推动中国企业的虚拟化进程贡献出一份力量。更多还原

【Abstract】 Along with the development of the network economy, virtual enterprise (VE) , one kind of new enterprise form of organization or is said to a new model of organization and management, becomes the main trend of model of development and management of future enterprise increasingly. The new model will thoroughly change management conception, model and method of the traditional enterprise. In addition, it will pour new life-force and vigor into the enterprise, and increase the ability that the enterprise suits the market, grasps firmly market opportunity as well as gains competition power permanently.At present, the research about the virtual enterprise is one hot spot of research problems in the theory field and the world of industry and commerce. At the same time, the enterprises of various states are quickening the process of virtualization, and groping the model and method of management of VE in theory and practice. It is the first important problem of pushing forward virtualization of enterprise in our country that enterprise managers should change the concept exactly, and set up the thoughts of management of VE, which includes: knowing complete theoretic system of the virtual enterprise, understanding the operation mechanism of VE under the network economy, and trying to find out the organization and management model that is fit for the environment present situation etc.According to this tenet "concern development of the enterprise, concern business management", this thesis has spread out the research of VE and innovation of management, in order to replenish and perfect theory system of VE, putting forward the practicable management measures. The research emphatically involves following problems: the background and reasons of emergence of VE, the operating mechanism of VE, the distinctions of management, and the new model of synthetic management, etc. On the base of inheriting the existent theory research achievements, the thesis, combining reality, put forward unique and innovative views such as establishment of threekinds of models of organization and operation, optimization of the models - " the medium model " , four kinds of distinctive managements and synthetic management model. In addition, the end of the thesis raised, in macroscopic eyes the strategy thought of virtualization of the enterprise according to the present situation of our country, taking for example: virtualization of automobile enterprise in our country. It is expected that the results of the research about the model of operation and management and proposal of the innovative theories play a little enlightening and guiding role for the research of VE.
