员工绩效考核指标体系模型研究

【摘要】 当前企业界对人员绩效考核制度越来越重视。然而,由于绩效考核多因、多维、动态等特点及考核者的情感等因素,考核难以取得令人满意的效果。在这诸多因素中,指标评价体系设定的不科学是一个重要的原因。因此结合企业实际,研究绩效考核指标评价体系就成为一个重要的课题。 本文在介绍了绩效考核基本含义和绩效指标体系概念及其原则的基础上,详细地分析了企业在设计指标体系中存在的问题,接着深入分析和研究了常见指标体系的指标类型构成和内容构成,从中寻求解决问题的思路和办法。然后本文提出了一个构建指标体系的思路及模型框架,并设计了分层考核的模型,最后对其作了几点重要的说明。

【Abstract】 Currently, the business boundary attaches importance to personnel performance appraisal system, however, due to performance appraisal has many peculiarity such as: many-cause , many-dimension , trends and appraisal man’s sensibility factor, and so on, the appraisal difficult to acquire satisfaction effect. In this many factors, that the index appraise system is no science is one important cause. So link enterprise practicality, research performance appraisal index system is turned into a important task.On the introduce of the personnel performance appraisal’s signification and performance index system’s concept and principle, particularly analysis the problems exsit in designing index system, then analyse and research the index system’s composing of index type and content, from among quest the thought and measure to resolve these problems. In the end .bring forward the thought and frame of forming index system, and design several appraisal model from the angle of layer, and gave several important explains.
