提高CRM决策支持功能的策略研究

【摘要】 随着全球经济步入“买方市场”时代,客户越来越成为企业的一项重要资产。进而CRM就成为了企业提升核心竞争力的手段之一。 本文主要研究了提高CRM的决策支持功能的各种技术策略手段。首先,介绍了CRM、决策和决策支持的概况;其次,重点研究了如何通过技术手段提升CRM决策支持功能,最后,探讨了提高支持功能的其他策略。本文的结论是:技术策略是提高CRM的决策支持功能、完善CRM性能的重要手段。

【Abstract】 With the global economy entry into the era of "buyers market", customer more and more become an important enterprise assets. So CRM is one of measures heightening coral competition ability of enterprise.The paper mainly researches all sorts of technology strategies and measures of improving the function of CRM decision support. Firstly, it introduced the survey of CRM; decision and decision support, secondly, it emphasizes on researching how to heighten function of CRM decision support by technology measures; finally it simply discusses other strategies. The paper draws on a conclusion that technology strategies are important measures to improve of CRM decision support and perfect CRM ability.
