坪北油田调剖技术研究

【摘要】 本论文主要根据坪北油田地质特征,从堵水调剖机理出发,研究出了适合坪北油田特点的凝胶颗粒复合型堵水调剖剂配方及相应的施工工艺技术。该技术采用的堵水调剖剂,具有强度高、耐冲刷、抗温、抗剪切、耐盐性能好、价格低、贷源的特点,在坪北油田选择相应的区块进行了堵水调剖现场试验,试验证明:该堵水调剖剂对裂缝或大孔道水窜通道封堵效果好;调剖后注水状况得到明显改善,改善了注入水的流向提高区块注水开发水平;控制了油井含水上升、防止油井暴性水淹;改善油层纵向吸水严重不均情况;提高注水波及效率和驱油效率,达到最终提高采收率,增油减水的目的。该技术还具有“堵而不死”的特点,适合对坪北油田及类似的油田进行堵水调剖,能取得较好的堵水调剖效果。

【Abstract】 According to the geological property of Pingbei Oilfield and the?principle of water plugging and profile modification, the particle compounding gel waterplugging-profilecontrol agent and process technique are developed. The agent has the properties of high intensity, bearing scour, bearing high temperature, resisting shearing and bearing salt, what’s more, its price is low and the material wide. The test of water plugging and profile modification has been done in some wells of the Pingbei Oilfield. It shows that the agent can effectively seal water overflow of the big channel or crack. It can change the flowing direction of injecting water, upgrade the level of injection water, control the increase of water in the well, avoid explosive flooding of oil-well, improve the condition of disequilibrium of vertical absorbing water on the oil layer, increase the sweep efficiency of injecting water and the displacement efficiency. The goal of upgrading recovery efficiency and decreasing volume of the water can be realized with this technique. The technique has also the specificity of" seal but keep certain permeability". It can be used to plug water and modify profile in Pingbei or comparative oilfield.
