【摘要】 我国的创业投资起步较晚，发展时间短，对创业投资项目评价的理论研究较少且不规范。为促进该理论的创新和发展，本文在深入研究创业投资基本理论的基础上，借鉴国内外有关创业投资项目评价的理论结果，结合我国创业投资和中小型高新技术企业的特点，从创业投资机构的角度，建立了一个新的创业投资项目综合评价指标体系。用层次分析法确定各指标的综合权重值，再通过专家打分，最后加权平均，得出被评价企业创业投资项目的最终得分，其结果可用来帮助投资者做出投资决策。此外，根据创业投资和创业企业不同发展阶段的特点，对创业企业投资项目进行了阶段性投资评价的探讨，针对企业不同发展阶段，评价的侧重点和评价的方法有所区分。更多还原

【Abstract】 Venture capital in china starts late with a short history, the evaluation of theory research of venture capital item is not enough and nonstandard. To promote the development and creation of the theory, from the angle of venture capital organization, a new index system of venture capital item evaluation should be built up on the base of venture capital fundamental theory, the reference of the existing domestic and abroad venture item evaluation index system, the combination of venture capital and SMHE，S characteristics. Analytic hierarchy process should be used to define each indices， weight, and then with the experts， evaluation and average weight method. In this way the finial mark can be got about the venture item evaluation. This will help the investor to give his finial decision. In addition, the stage evaluation should be given to venture capital, according to the peculiar character at the different developing stage.
