【摘要】 受资方加大引资力度的根本途径在于优化其投资环境，而任何投资环境的优化都应以投资环境评价为基础，建立在评价基础之上的优化才能对症下药，事半功倍。因而从受资方角度研究投资环境的基础是投资环境评价，目的是投资环境优化。 基于此，本文将研究内容锁定为云南省投资环境的综合评价与优化，旨在从受资方的角度出发，运用区域经济学的原理与方法，在综合评价的基础上，对云南省的投资环境进行分等、分区和分类，进而探寻其投资环境优化的基本思路与对策。 研究结果显示，云南省投资环境具有四个特点、三大优势和四项弱势，可以分为四个等级、三个区域和三种类型，对其投资环境的优化应该在全面考虑、统筹安排的基础上，以人文投资环境系统的优化为重点，对地区投资环境优化则应区别对待、因势利导。 本文共由六个部分组成。第一部分为绪论，主要介绍了论文的选题依据与意义、论文研究的主要内容与目标及其研究思路与方法。第二部分回顾了投资环境研究的理论基础与研究进展。第三部分在阐明了云南省投资环境要素组成的基础之上，定性分析了云南省投资环境的总体现状。第四部分和第五部分是论文的重点，第四部分在运用综合评价法对云南省投资环境进行分等、分区，运用聚类分析法对其进行类型划分之后，对云南省投资环境作出了本文的评价；第五部分则根据评价的结果提出了云南省总体投资环境和地区投资环境优化的基本思路与对策。最后一部分为结语，总结了本文研究的基本结论、主要创新和不足之处。更多还原

【Abstract】 The prime way of drawing investment for those representing capital invested is the optimize of investment environment, and any optimizes of investment environment should based on the investment environment evaluation for that the optimizes based on the investment environment evaluation will suit the remedy to the case and get twice the result with half the effort. Therefore, the evaluation research of investment environment is the base of investment environment researches for those representing capital invested and the optimize research of investment environment is their main goal.This thesis hereby focuses on the integrated evaluation and optimizes research on investment environment in Yunnan. In the viewpoint of those representing capital invested and based on the integrated evaluation, the main purpose of the thesis is to classify, divide and assort the investment environment of Yunnan province by using principium and methods of regional economics in order to find ways and counter measurements of investment environment optimize.Results show that there are four characteristics, three advantages and four disadvantages in Yunnan investment environment. And we may divide investment environment of Yunnan province into four classes, three areas and three types. Therefore, optimizes on its investment environment should be well considered and planed as a whole. Therefore, people should put emphases on optimizes of human geography investment environment system, and treat differently on regional investment environment, and improve the occasion.This paper consists of six parts. The first part is exordium. It mainly introduces the gist and signification of the topic, main content, purpose and methods of research. The second part reviews the basic theories and research progress. Based on the introduction of the consistent of investment environment factors, the third part qualitatively analyzes the general situation of investment environment in Yunnan province. The fourth and the fifth part are core of the paper: the fourth part makes an evaluation on investment environment in Yunnan province by using integrated evaluation method to classify, divide and type Yunnan investment environment. The fifth part suggests methods and counter measurements on optimize of Yunnan general investment environment and regional investment environment according with the results of evaluation. The last part is conclusion. It concludes the results of research, main creation and shortage of the paper.更多还原
