论社会可持续发展与人的全面发展

【摘要】 社会可持续发展与人的全面发展是当今社会所关注的两大课题。当前学术界大多从不同的角度、学科特点，对两大课题分别进行了论述，而将两大课题结合起来进行论述的研究甚少。本文正是着眼于这一点，试图寻找两者联系与统一的突破点，从四个方面展开了论述： 第一，综合考察了可持续发展理论的形成过程，从传统发展观到新的发展观的转变，可持续发展观展现了全新的发展观念和特点；进一步分析了社会可持续发展的内涵与意义。 第二，分析了我国选择社会可持续发展战略的原因，认识到我国社会可持续发展进程中面临的新问题突出表现为人的问题即人的全面发展问题。为此，确立有中国特色的社会可持续发展战略具有重要意义。 第三，通过回顾马克思、恩格斯提出的人的全面发展理论，到归纳今天社会可持续发展中人的全面发展理论，发现人的全面发展理论已“与时俱进”，有了全新的时代内容与特征，得出社会可持续发展是“以人为本”的发展，社会可持续发展的目的就是要实现人的全面发展。 第四，分析了促进人的全面发展在实现社会可持续发展中的重要作用，认识到人的全面发展本身就是人与自然、社会的可持续性发展；在社会可持续发展进程中，推进人的全面发展，对当代中国社会发展具有重大意义。更多还原

【Abstract】 Society’s sustainable development and man’s all-round development are two important problems which current society shows concern for. At present the academic circle mostly conducts some respective discussion from a different angle and subject’s trait, but the researches that combine the two problems are few. The thesis lays stress on the characteristic, tries to look for surmountment’s points in which the two problems contact and unite, and conducts the following four discussions:1. It synthetically investigates the coming into being of theory of sustainable development.From traditional development’s idea to new development’s idea, sustainable development’s idea embodies novel notions and traits. Then it analyses the connotation and significance of social sustainable development.2. By analyzing the reasons of choosing the strategy of social sustainable development for our country, we recognize that the new problem our country is faced with in social sustainable development is mainly man’s problem, especially man’s all-round development. So drafting Chinese distinctive strategy of social sustainable development has important significance.3. Form recalling Marx and Engels’ theory of man’s all-round development to generalizing that in social sustainable development today, we find that the theory of man’s all-round development has been changing as times go forward; and it has had a lot of new contents and characteristics. We conclude that social sustainable development is the development of ’’regarding man as essence " and fulfilling man’s all-round development is its aim.4. It analyses the important role which promoting man’s all-round development has in fulfilling social sustainable development. We recognize that in fact man’s all-round development is the sustainable development of man, nature and society. In social sustainable development, promoting man’s all-round development will have considerably important significance for contemporary Chinese social development.更多还原
