烟气驱动的热管废热溴化锂制冷机的计算机模拟

【摘要】 烟气驱动的热管废热溴化锂制冷机利用高效的热管溴化锂废热发生器将废烟气中的废热热量传递到溴化锂制冷机中,目前烟气驱动的热管废热溴化锂制冷机已生产出样机,处于使用阶段。机组的工艺设计繁杂,还没有适用于这种机型的设计软件,人工计算费时费力,而且整个机组在变工况下的工作特性还不了解,实验成本昂贵。考虑到这种情况,本文在查阅相关文献的基础上,开发了烟气驱动的热管废热溴化锂制冷机的系统设计和变工况性能模拟软件,该软件分为6大模块:工质热物性模块、热管溴化锂废热发生器设计模块、单/双效热管废热溴化锂制冷机系统设计模块、单/双效热管废热溴化锂制冷机变工况性能模拟模块、各状态点热力参数模块和热力学分析模块。这套软件使得烟气驱动的热管废热溴化锂式制冷机的系统设计更为方便和准确,针对不同的工况,可以利用软件进行多参数的设计比较,根据不同的设计要求,选择不同的设计方案,满足个性化设计的要求;同时为烟气驱动的热管废热溴化锂吸收式制冷机组的动态模拟及运行仿真奠定了基础。通过本课题的工作,建立了一套较为完整的热管废热溴化锂制冷机的系统设计和变工况性能模拟软件,与实验结果的比较表明该软件运行可靠,较好的满足了工程实际的需要。这为以后热管废热溴化锂制冷机的系统设计以及不同工况条件下性能的预测带来极大的方便,为该机组以后的推广应用提供了方便。

【Abstract】 Lithium bromide-water refrigerator with heat pipe driven by waste heat of flue gas transfers waste heat from flue gas to high pressure lithium bromide-water generator by high efficient heat pipe heat exchanger. At present, prototype has been in use.The mature software has not existed for the complicated system design. Manual computation consumes much time. Moreover the performances of system in varying duty are not known. The cost of experiment is too high. The main work of this paper is compiling the computer aided design and simulation software of this kind of model. The software has six modules: thermo physical property of working medium, design of heat pipe lithium bromide-water generator driven by waste heat, system design of single or double lithium bromide-water refrigerators with heat pipe, performance simulation of single or double lithium bromide-water refrigerator with heat pipe in varying duty, thermodynamic parameters of each state, thermodynamics analyses. The software makes the design more convenient and correct. It can be used to compare the design of multiparameter and select deferent design methods according to different needs. Also, it lays a foundation for dynamic simulation of system. By this work, the whole system design and simulation software has been constructed. Comparison between simulation result and expriment data shows excellent agreement. This software satisfies effectively the requirement of project. This makes prediction more convenient and accelerates popularize of this kind of model.
