计算机管控一体化的实现及乙烯精馏塔预测控制的仿真研究

【摘要】 随着计算机技术与过程控制技术的发展,人们对过程控制的目标已经提高到完善生产管理、提高产品质量、节约能源、降低生产成本的水平上来。这样就对当前过程控制的发展提出了很多新的要求和问题。如何利用计算机管理与控制一体化技术对生产过程、产品种类数量进行更好的管理与控制已越来越为企业领导所关注。构建基于Internet技术的企业网的计划也被提到企业发展的进程上来了。同时利用先进控制技术对生产装置进行控制以达到降低生产成本,节约能源的目的。本文在研究了计算机管控一体化在企业中的应用的基础上,介绍了该技术在扬子石化实时信息系统和东方化工有限公司管控系统中实现的;并针对扬子石化的乙烯精馏塔对象,对预测控制技术在实际中的应用,进行了仿真研究。本文首先在前三章中主要介绍了计算机管控一体化的体系结构和预测控制的基本理论以及课题提出的背景和作者的主要工作。在计算机管控一体化的章节里,重点介绍了计算机管控一体化的组成结构、功能和数据库技术在计算机管控一体化系统中的应用以及数据通信和数据处理的方法;在先进控制的章节里,主要介绍了预测控制的几种基本结构形式和特点,预测控制的特点与性质,预测控制器的设计与广义预测控制相关内容,并研究了几种基于人工神经网络的预测控制算法和它们的基本结构。在第五章里主要研究了计算机管控一体化技术在扬子石化实时信息系统和东方化工有限公司管控系统的应用和相关软件的开发;在第六章里针对乙烯精馏塔塔顶和塔底产品成分的预测控制,研究比较了基于径向基神经网络和BP改进算法的预测控制算法,并给出了相应的结果。最后,总结了全文内容以及所取得的成果。

【Abstract】 With the development of computer technology and process control technology, the goal for process control have been enhanced to the level of perfecting production management, improving production quality, saving energy, decreasing production cost. So many new appeals and problems for process control were brought forward. The leaders of enterprise attend how to use CIMCS technology to mange production kinds and quantify and control production process. The project of establishing an Intranet based on Internet technology is up to the course of enterprise development. And using APC(Advanced Process Control) technology to control the production setting aims at decreasing the production cost, saving energy. In this paper, based on research the application of CIMCS in enterprise, it is introduced that the application of technology in YPC Refine Ltd. Corp. and Oriental Chemical Corp, and aimed at the rectified column of ethylene in YPC Refine Ltd, doing the research of the application of predictive control in practice.In the beginning of four chapters, it introduces that the CIMCS structure, predictive control elementary theory, the background of the task and the author’s mostly work in this task. In the chapter about CIMCS, it is emphasized that the CIMCS constitutes structure and function, the application of database technology in CIMCS, as well as data communication and data transact method. In the chapter about APC(Advanced Process Control), it is mostly introduced that some basic structure and its trait of predictive control, the property of predictive control, the design of predictive controller and correlation content of general predictive control. And it is studied that some kinds of predictive control arithmetic and structure based on artificial neural network.Secondly, in the fifth chapter, it introduces CIMCS apply in oilcan control system in Yangzi Petro Corp, and control system in Nanjing Oriental Chemical Technology. In the sixth chapter, it introduces the predictive control arithmetic based on RBF neural network and BP neural network, applying in the rectified column of ethylene, and the result is offered.At last, it is summarized that all the paper content and achievements.
