阻性消声器动态特性理论及试验研究

【摘要】 本课题从理论和试验两个方面研究了阻性消声器的动态特性。在理论上,采用了将阻性消声器的消声量特征方程转化为常微分方程的计算方法计算消声量;在计算阻性消声器的阻力损失时,运用了有限元数值模拟的方法模拟计算了简化消声器模型内部流场流速的分布情况,并由此得到其动态阻力损失。在试验中,采用了以计算机、数据采集卡、传感器和处理软件得到阻性消声器的动态特性,从而验证了阻性消声器的消声量、气体流速和阻力损失之间联系的理论分析。

【Abstract】 The project is studying the dynamic characteristic of dissipative silencer by theory and experiments. In theory, The noise elimination capacity is calculated by the method which the characteristic equation of noise elimination of the dissipative silencer is translated into the constant differential eguation. And the project simulates and calculates the distributing thing of interior velocity of flow by the finity element. In experimentation, the project adopts computer, data collection board, sensor and software .Finally, the theory analsis is validated that the contact of noise elimination, velocity of flow, resistance loss
